What you are saying makes more sense. There is nothing in the documents I have seen that prove Abba Kyari knew the intricacies of the job. He was just a hatchet man: He was pretty much paid to arrest the Chibuzo because Chibuzo was about to scuttle Hushpuppi's scam. Abba Kyari was clearly not brought into this until Chibuzo decided to go awry and he did not even need to care about the details.

FBI must have confirmed the timing, prior to Vincent's arrest the crime had not been successfully carried out....then hush cashed out during his incarceration. You said the evidence with the DSS showed that Kyari knew what he was doing at the time.

I said there's nothing in the evidence, which was essentially the voice note, that proves he knew.

You then shared a screenshot of the FBI narrating what they think happened.

I am saying that the evidence before us and before them does not support FBIs conclusion that he knew and you are yet to prove anything to the contrary.

You see, I was very curious when I saw the story and delved right into the document to understand what evidence they had and its as watery as it gets.

The question any reasonable person will ask is, did Kyari know the exact nature of the Job Hush was referring to? Maybe he knew maybe he doesn't but the evidence before us does not in anyway confirm he knew.

I've been at a police station when a man came to request they arrest his landlords son. No statement, no petition just verbal discussion.

Only thing he did was pay them 3k for fuel. So if he had their numbers, he could not have just called them to effect the arrest

For those who are too lazy to read, this is the exact transcript of the VN Hush sent to kyari explaining what Chibuzor did

Everything is in the court document. They believe he deliberately arrested Chibuzor who is an associate of Hush to enable Hush scam an individual.

What they can't prove is that Kyari knew exactly what Job Hush was referring to.

Personally, I know he must have known but there's no way to prove it.

The case is not tight at all from my perspective. They don't have much on him

They are claiming while Hush was in the middle of a major scam one of his guys Vincent wanted to blow off the lid and cast the whole parole because hush was trying to cheat him on the deal....So hush contacted Abba Kyari who helped him incarcerate Vincent after which the scam was successful.

By implication Abba Kyari helped them successfully carry out the scam by arresting Vincent and preventing him from blowing whistle.

All the evidence at their disposal showed abba kyari Knew what he was doing at that time because he even prevented Vincent's gf from paying the normal bail to get him released at that time.

If you don't know that the said money is essential to the case then it means you haven't even read the court document.

The whole FBI case is based on proving that Kyari received money from Hush and that he knew what job Hushpuppi was talking about.

If they can't prove that he received money from him and they can't prove he knew the exact details of the Job, the case against him is dead on arrival.

The question now is whether Kyari knew what "the job" meant even though the way it was used implied he knew.

Even before his arrest, everyone knew hush was a fraudster. How can Kyari claim not to have known?
