Coconuthead126: Even the most diligent White money hater deep down knows WM is the only one carrying this season of boring house-mates so far, yes maybe he tends to do too much sometimes, but that extra bit of crazy excitement from WM is what has kept us laughing through a largely uneventful couple of days... even the housemates know the season won't be the same again if WM goes home (which he won't of course).
The few times I've watched the show, the only person that captivates is whitemoney.
Bar some unforseen events, it's clear to see he's winning the show. Anyone who disagrees is just burying their head in the sand.
airmark: If Drinkwater can bounce back and impress throughout the season, then those who believe 4yrs is too much for a player to recover, will have their hands full by May 2022.
nihilistjnr: Once FBI hook you, you're gone. If you think this is an academic discussion, better think again. Once Kyari name is on a federal docket, it's a wrap
nihilistjnr: Once FBI hook you, you're gone. If you think this is an academic discussion, better think again. Once Kyari name is on a federal docket, it's a wrap
Even your screenshot shows there are still acquittals. Minimal yes but not impossible to walk free.
nihilistjnr: Proof happens in court not in FBI cell. FBI are not trying to prove his guilt in the newspapers or on the internet. The FBI that want to arrest Kyari know that they have to prove his guilt in court, and they are ready for him. Let Kyari near airport first. Shebi na proof you want
I guess we have to wait till then if he will ever go
That is why we are telling people to discard all these emotional arguments because with the evidence before us at the moment, which was essentially the court document used to secure his warrant of arrest, there's nothing that proves Kyari knew about the scam.
iamoyindamola: Now you are getting it, he arrested vincent knowing the truth even when hush said i wanted him to be treated like a criminal By this, the nonsense abba typed on his facebook page mean he was lying by saying hush contacted him that there is a threat to his family in naija. It was better abba didn't talk at all than that rubbish he posted yesterday Ask yourself this why will fbi be running after him for a mere 300k, even efcc can't do that
This is where you guys are getting it all wrong. You don't know this and you can't prove it.
swiz123: Nawaoooo... I am not defending Kyari, just stating facts. If you ask me if I think he knows hush is a scammer, of course he knows. But that's just my opinion. In court, only the fact matters. Facts are conclusive evidences
Same thing I have been shouting but these guys are just blockheads.
I am also of the opinion that he must have known. Everyone knew Hush was a fraudster before his arrest and Kyari could not have claimed not to be aware.
Unfortunately, it can't be proven based on available evidence.
BlueRayDick: Guy stop quoting me with this nonsense. The evidence at their disposal shows he knows what the job is.
How?
They found pictures of an incarcerated Chibuzor sent to hush shortly after they had the discussion about "the job"
There's the also the conversation of " I want him to be treated like a criminal, he tried to take food from my mouth ".
That's the evidence u want right there. If u still think Abba Kyari doesn't know about the job, then I think u should apply to be his lawyer. Get a US visa and go defend him before the trial judge. Shikena!
This is your evidence?
No wonder you had to cling onto FBIs narration and conclusion. When you're ready to think independently with your God given brain, let me know.
BlueRayDick: The full conversation transcript is out already. Go and read tru it and come back to defend Kyari with the tailor story again. Let's see how it will sound
I did not argue the Tailor story with you and I don't know how that applies here. I called you out on this statement which you have been unable to defend.
Does the evidence at their disposal show that he knew? The answer is no.
BlueRayDick: All the evidence at their disposal showed abba kyari Knew what he was doing at that time because he even prevented Vincent's gf from paying the normal bail to get him released at that time.
BlueRayDick: The evidence is watery and a US judge signs his warrant of arrest.... .....You must have scored highest at the last New York bar exams to think this way.
Somebody pointed it out to u that Kyari’s statement was dumb as it comes and kept on arguing the obvious . He claims he was paid to escrow cloth to for hush but voice call had him talking about a job , the FBI record shows pictures of Chibuzor sent by Kyari to hush after he was arrested .... u are her talking about no proof ........ smh
Guy just rest Abeg !
I even saw ur post talking about lying and getting away at ur previous work place because the lies can’t be proven to be lies..... . You probably think the US court room is ur work place and ur superiors are similar to the FBI agents that added kyari to the charge sheet....smh . You know nothing about cross examination
What youre doing here is a logical fallacy. ITts called an appeal to authority. The FBI is on his case, they must be right, a federal judge signed his arrest warrant, so I must be wrong
Someone on this thread just told us the FBI has failed to secure conviction in close to 10% of cases. I guess a Federal Judge did not sign an arrest warrant in those cases.
If anyone has to rest , it's you.
PS: I also noticed how you have stylishly dropped the "he knew statement" and now hanging on to the Tailor statement which was a discussion I had with someone else.
