Give these players to Arteta(I don't even want to mention Klopp) and see what he would make out of them. I have never been a fan of Lampard from day one. A coach has a lot to do in a club. If you like assemble to top ten players in the world, they would still flop without a good manager.

You don't use penalty to determine a good keeper just as you can't judge a good player by his penalties. Anyone can miss and anyone can be scored when it comes to penalties.

I support Chelsea but I am so happy they lost. In fact they should continue losing. The reason is because I want Lampard to leave. If given the chance I can't even coach Chelsea as worse as he does. He is just clueless and dumb. His tactics are just so boring. No bite. No counter attack. Always passing the ball behind. I can say categorically that if Lampard is not sacked, Chelsea cannot even make top six.

Mikel Arteta
Zinedine Zidane
Jose Mourinho (He grudgingly earned back my respect today)
Hans-Dieter Flick (The current King among coaches)

Lampard and Ole need to humble themselves, resign and go to their coaching level (Fulham, BHA, Stokes, Newcastle, etc)... They are going to keep embarrassing themselves and the top clubs they are managing currently.

Since you are aware that your defense is not strong, is it not a wise thing to put someone like Pulisic who can create problems for their defense and make them to be cautious about the way they come out?

I don't think anyone was willing to coach Chelsea with the transfer ban.
I personally believe Lampard is a stop gap measure until the ban expires. I don't think Lamps is Abrahamovic"s first choice to coach Chelsea. He is just a stop gap.

One problem I have with some of you guys here is that you just quote someone and attack him without knowing the intent of his write-up.

The guy I quoted said that those first 'alertees' are the ones who were weeded out. So my reasoning was, if their interviews were great, it means they must have met the cut off mark. So even if they will be weeded out, it would not have been that early. So the idea of the early 'alertees' being the ones weeded out is unfounded.

the fact is that, those who received alert earlier were weeded out because they do not meet the advertised criteria for the recruitment especially the GT's, those whose results were 2013 and those whose ages are above 28 by December 2018.

my opinion though!

Flawed opinion. I know two guys who are Deltans and had great interview sessions on July 3, who were among the first 'alertees'.
