If Russia gets into another mess, just like the situation with their fellow Soviet, they'll be so badly exposed.

They should be direct with their plans, and See their nation suffer.

It's not a time North Korea comes to help cux they have their own regional issues, or China, who is busy securing it's Assets and interests in conflicted areas.

In a bid to reduce complications on my end, I left our branch to another, where their system was perfect, and I discovered that the issues we faced on our own side at the time was more technical issues, than operational issues. Either way you give a command to a software, it obeys, so making sure that it actually does what it was demanded was the issue, he did nothing afterwards. Sometimes, my PC would break down and whenever I meet him to tell him, he always said "I'm always looking for excuses" and I begin to wonder if who gives an excuse for his work equipment would be polite enough to call his attention on time to fix the issue, but no way, it will take almost a month to fix, and the same manager will be around again asking, how far I've gone.

Our manager always say you're the most qualified here, and you cannot resolve this issue, that he does not understand, and I told him sir, do not tie operations of a software to certificate, and I always tell him that basic operations of the computer 🖥️💻 does not mean one can use any software without proper training.

After the deployment of the system, there was no training, there was no operational manual or guidance, there was no time any training was initiated, esp for someone who just started using the software.

November salary was past due to be paid, and it was 13th December. I was told by the personnel in charge of pay that manager asked him to cease my salary, and that of my colleague, who happened to be his tribesman because both of us worked as empties storekeepers. I asked him why, and he said that we should meet manager, and stories started flying that our job was not complete, and all other excuses, and I told him Sir, I need my pay seriously to attend to the needs of my family, and my baby needed attention, but he gave me a deaf ear.
To my greatest surprise, the manager went behind me and paid his tribesman under his instructions. When December was due by January, and with 13th month, I was told again that the manager asked that my salary be withheld, meanwhile, his tribesman got paid again 3 good times.
The manager before this period called me up to his office and started blame game and scapegoating me, and I told him politely that I was working on it, gradually I noticed a gang up when the Accountant called me a "Dummy" and I told him; with all due respect sir, do not call me that, and stating clearly that he did not pay my fees in school, and does not know my grades, and that it was unethical. That was the moment the manager asked me to walk out of his office, but I stayed still, he started threatening me with security.

The next day, I was issued a memo from the company stating GROSS MISCONDUCT AND SERIOUS INSUBORDINATION TO SENIOR STAFF, just for standing up for myself, and I was instructed before the end of the day to reply in triplicate copies to the management before closure of business, and I did that, and clearly stating the gaps in understanding and the lack of training, and operational manual or follow-up on the new system.

Five days gone, I was called up again, it was approaching December ending, when everyone has already exhausted their November pay, and mine was still withheld. When I got up, the victimization continued nonstop, saying that I'm showing how stubborn I was for not wanting to do what he want me to do, and I asked him; Sir, what exactly, are you talking about when you say my work is not complete cux I've done everything else, and he couldn't answer that question. I just asked him that I've a family to care for and a kid, that he should pay me, that the victimization was unnecessary, and I walked away. By January 7th, I submitted my resignation letter citing cases of abuse and withholdings of salaries I worked, bias, mistreatment and intimidations by management with immediate effect.

I started working with a distributor here in Awka, who deals on Alcoholic beverages, pet and malt drinks on 14th May 2022.

Prior to my resumption there, I held both OND and HND Degrees from Federal Polytechnic Oko, Anambra state, and I also furthered my education to earn PGD at Nnamdi Azikiwe University Awka, Anambra state.
During the time I was scheduled for interview, the Manager explained that he doesn't like engaging people from Awka extraction because they failed him so terribly, but that he wants to give me a chance. We discussed salary, I told him between #90,000 and #100,000, but he said the payment structure doesn't work like that at the company, that their start up is from #70,000 and with years and add ons it will get to #100,000. And after the conversation we had, I resumed duties, after fulfilling all requirements.

However, now into the system, the promises made were broken as I was paid less than we bargained, but I remained, hoping that the situation would change, but it never did. It was last year, I got hold of the payment slip sheet on a soft copy on the system I work with at the office, and I discovered, I was denied a lot of benefits meant for me, especially #60,000 special allowance package for persons in my category.
I went back to my paycheck to pay check on many discrepancies, and I discovered that the manager has been playing with my future, some times, I get paid #3,000, #1,000, #4,000, #5,000 and #8,000 respectively out of #60,000 and sometimes, he instructs the personnel in charge of payment to exclude it in entirely from my pay. And meanwhile, looking at what others earn in comparison to what I get, it was "MAN'S INHUMANITY TO FELLOW MAN". Others were paid between #135,000 - #185,000, and I want to stress that the #135,000 paycheck was for a most recent staff, while I was paid just #77,000, before they took it to #80,000. Can you see the difference?

And taking #77,000 or #80,000 pay doesn't end there, as they will do some deductions, including lateness and staff contributions, against your will, at the end of it I'm left with very little to take care of my family.

I met him to ask him why I was treated that way, and he became very hostile and aggressive at me for questioning him, and asking me to show evidences that what I'm saying was true, and I told him I have evidence, and (contained in the evidence we was some ghost workers whose salaries are being cleared, but are not working), and he was sounding so ruthless, and said I should go before he does what he doesn't like out of anger. The only Statement I made to him was that he should be fair to all and not being selective.

Back to the previous year, a new system was deployed for accounting purposes. A new Busywing accounting software.

It was merely, do it this way and that way, and I was following, until, they came another day that it wasn't the right way,(twice) I cleared all my entries, after I've already gone 4 months ahead and restarted again.

I continued doing my thing, meanwhile, the ICT personnel on ground, the manager, we the staff engaged in the usage of the system were missing in Gap to get the situation addressed. Afterwards, the resource person came by and confirmed that what I was doing was in order , that he was waiting on our manager to make a decision regarding the negative sign recorded on the system, because, other tables within the set-up needs to acknowledge some empties backloaded on their systems too, as well as customers buying with their empties, but the manager said nothing.

He started mounting pressures on me unnecessarily. It happens that I work alongside a tribesman from where the manager originated from, and this man always discredits my efforts, ethics and compliance at work. It was constant reporting for one thing or the other and the manager entertained it because he is from his side. There was wherr bias, victimization scapegoating, intimidation, nepotism and tribalism formed the rules of engagement.

I've been reported for not drawing lines on the books, the same staff works with, I've been accused of just pressing phone and doing nothing, I've been called out severally, but yet all these were pure victimization.

Earlier on thursday , 21st july, I applied for a job of a supervisor, I got the job notice via an aunty. Prepared for it big on Friday!
Waaahla! Friday came. Dressed very nice, took my cv as instructed! And also they said I should get writing materials! Lol... that skipped my mind.

I alighted at the junction as addressed in the text, and I started trekking down the street as instructed. In the process, thoughts started flying in, there were no companies in sight, just houses and bungalows! I discarded the thought!

They saw me and started calling me! It was too much they resorted to dragging me, but a guy they called the director intervened. A young dark guy, with chains/jewelries on him. Sat with him, and the conversation below ensued;

Director: you brought your cv?

Director: okay, that's nice. Before we discuss, please kindly follow this lady, she'll direct you to a woman that will give you a brief orientation about our company. After that then we can talk.
Me: (wondering why... I asked; Please, why am I to go there? Why cant you brief me here?

That was how they lured me to the same Asaba. Surprisingly, I got their notification not long after applying, I was desperate to land a job, so when the invitation came the interview was the next day. I was prepared and ready as @ 5:00am and by few mins after I took Keke drop to Aroma Awka and took a bus, before it was few mins to 6:00am, we already departed. And before 8:00am I was @Asaba, even ahead of the interview time which was 9:00am. I was first to arrive there, wrote my name, reference code and phone. They asked me to sit inside, I told them I'll stay at the balcony, I texted two of my friends the location and how the place looks like, I even made a short video clip and sent to them, afterwards,I called my siblings to inform them on the progress so far.

I was there till 9:00am, yet no interview, luckily we're increasing in number and before you know it, we are already 11 applicants. Now, a lady came out and said, the interview will now start by 10:00am, and at that moment it was clear to me that this same strategy was one witnessed @Onitsha , But I was keeping hopes alive.

Finally, the first guy, was shinning with his speeches, after which he introduced their company to us, and after him was another, and immediately, they gave us aptitude test and they said in 10mins.

I come look the question, they full mathematics for all corners, I finally attempted as much as I could and with the English test with it. Later, a lady came out and told us that their Manager will soon meet with us for the selection process.

If you see how I was smiling inside of me like I don't know anything they were doing us there. When he came out, he said;
All of you failed the test.

If you think you did so well in this test, raise your ✋, at this moment, nobody was intelligent anymore ���

He now said he will share all that we need to know about the company, and that they are willing to take all of us. He shared his life journey and sweet stories that are either true or not, but I'm not from Delta, so to me, they were not probable, but the whole concepts were looking inviting.

After every long story, it got to obtaining operational licence �� then I remembered, NA DEM! The Onitsha experience now came back to my mind.

This particular side of my farmland fence failed for the second year running as a result of rain water. The back of the fence is sloppy, so all the rain water coming down from behind lodge at the back of the fence. So last year after the fence failed, we constructed four concrete pillars, and still it failed yesterday again. Although, someone suggested that I do a drainage to pass through the farmland but I am not disposed to the idea because of reptiles that may be gaining access into the land, so we didnt do that.

That side of the fence should be erected with solid mixtures and blocks as well. Not 9 inches hulu blocks. Blind the floor with 1 inch thick stones and strong mixture with (42.5 cement grading) also create possible holes on the laying patterns of the block work underneath, to allow water passage without affecting the structure.

Do well to also chain the pillar rods by each partitions next to each other and same should run half way of the fence going up.

Watch your masons and make sure they're running it well, I mean the cement and against the blocks.

Right now I am in deep hole of debts from these loan apps. Can you imagine someone taking loans from more than 10 apps? Yes that someone is me.

Presently if I should add up all the loans it will be close or more than 500k. The annoying thing is this is like 3yrs now I have been struggling with these apps.

I once was able to clear all the loans but like a dog going back to it's vomit, I still went back to them (I seriously need delivarence).

Why I'm so ashamed of myself is because I didn't take these loans mostly because I don't have a good source of income but because I don't know how to save and I am very extravagantly wasteful. I loving feeling rich, I can buy beer and flex anyone those I know and those I don't.

Thought getting married will help but for where like I got worst after that.

I seriously don't know how to come out of this mess I dragged myself into. Because these loan apps will only give you 7days loan with very high interest. I have been servicing these loans throughout last year and I don't want to continue this year.

I have already spent more than 200k this month alone on interest alone because I have to borrow again to be able to pay others.

Please work hard to pay off registered institutions like;
Carbon Micro finance �, Kuda, Fairmoney, Branch, Palmcredit (Somehow), Ren Money if you owe them... The good news here is that they have no business calling your contacts or disturbing you to pay, even after due date is passed, but as it lingers it accumulated interests, and if they send you reminders and nothing is still done, the bad news will be to report you to Nigeria Credit Bureau, from there your nightmare begins.

For these other loan apps, 7days with huge interest and 14days with huge interest for peanuts, please and please, do not borrow again to pay any of them, if you don't have the money to pay now, brace up and be strong, don't harm yourself or run High BP, just when you get the money, start your repayment, and before then, you discuss with them to forgive you the interests accumulated, cux they just mess things up from that angle.

Please be strong, I encourage you, and don't fall back on depression cux all those calling you to blame you may not help your need or do not feed you, but want to gossip about it. By the way, was your privacy supposed to be breached and handed to the public cux you defaulted.

Good afternoon everyone. I'm having serious challenge with my Npower deployment. My PPA in Kaduna is situated in a very vulnerable area in terms of security. I managed to find my way around and went there only to find the school locked. In fact there's no one around the area. Virtually all the people there have relocated from that environment. I really don't know what to do and how to sign the deployment letter. Anyone with an idea should help me please. Thanks.

I encountered the same issue. My PPA was not only deserted, but outgrown by weeds and the structures are already falling side by side, the worse regret was the huge sum I spent to transport to the area and I learnt that the area was formally given to herders, but due to conflits in the area, they were told to relocate, and it's a long way into the place with thick bushes and limited human presence, while the school has remained closed for the past one year plus.

After one of my friends called to tell me, he has signed his deployment letter, I was sweating, cuz neither was mine signed nor rejected.

I just got back home, and looked through the deployment letter, and saw Nasim customer care number 018888340. I called them, and less than a minute, they answered, I explained my issues to their customer representative, she was apologizing for the stress and everything and kept apologizing at any chance, she gave me the number of the supposed supervisor in the area to call, and follow his directives.

I called the line, and behold, it was switched off, so I called them back, and thank goodness, this same amazing lady was at it again, that lady attended to me like an angel, unlike the Customer care experiences I've encountered, and she asked me to hold on, and my call was transferred to a senior supervisor, he spoke to me like a brother, asked me the issues, and after explaining to him, he told me when the call reverses to the customer representative, that I should provide her with 1) Full name, 2) Application Number, 3) Registration phone number, 4) PPA and It's LGA, 5) Current LGA, 6) And my home address.

I provided the informations to the lady, and she told me that my redeployment will take effect in the next 48hours, that they'll take it up from there, and put me at a place closer to me within my address. I thanked her so much, and again she was still apologizing.

After reading this, please follow it up, just this simple way and have your issues resolved please.

Lots of N-Power Batch C applicants have been making the error of saying that there will not be physical verification, please I repeat although some processes have changed from the previous process used in engaging N-Power Batch A and B, but the template still remains the same.

Please there will be phyiscal verification of Npower Batch C applicants, anyone telling you that there will be no physical verification the person might just be decieving you, it is not done anywhere, engaging an applicant without physically verifying the applicant.

Currently as we speak some N-Power Batch C applicants are beginning to see their physical verification details and address on the N-Power NASIMS portal.

Please note every documentation process requires you to take all your documents uploaded on the N-Power NASIMS portal, original and photocopies plus passport picture, after the N-Power physical verification and the N-Power Batch C applicants is successfully verified, then the N-Power Batch C applicant will proceed to his or her PPA with your deployment letter, it is at your PPA or at the local District whichever the case maybe that you will be given either acceptance or rejection form, all forms must be duly endorsed by the assigned authorised personnel on site, after endorsement the N-Power Batch C applicants is to resume on or before the third day of receiving his or her engagement letter.

Bros, I'm getting more confused by the day about the processes involved. Could you believe that after I went as far as I don't know today to locate my PPA, and finally when I got there, the residents were telling me that it's been about a year plus the school was closed down. The school was already taken over by weeds on all sides, and it's a deserted area kinda. I just turned and left the place, I also took some short clips and photos of the place.

In my case right now, what can I do to get redeployed to another school, or at most a school closer to me here at Awka?

Please you guys should drop where your Place Of Primary Assignment (PPA) was done and can also add how you got it and what the journey was like.

This is to show my friend who I have been arguing with that private company do take corpers as PPA. he feels they are few and it mostly government institutions which he doesn't want.

so my focus is on private coy but that shouldn't stop you if you did yours in a government establishment.

You really wouldn't wish my PPA for your siblings at all. It was Community Secondary School Ago-Oja Ilorin Kwara State. I taught the students two courses from SS 1 to SS 3.

Our allowance was just a thousand naira, which also does not come on a regular.

However, the principal, and staff were super nice, at least appreciates our efforts, and when I was there, they gifted me to my surprise, I and my colleague who were through at the time.

Basic communication was really a difficult one, but Las las, I did a great job with the students.


Anyone at Ilorin, please try out Olam, some private schools there, pays as much as #40,000 to teach Geography, Biology, Chemistry and any other science
Related subjects.

There are some other wonderful places over there in Kwara that you should ask questions of to be on a safe side and enjoy your service year.

I will not forget T&K Eatery, they rock in the food chain industry, and they offer all dishes on a classy level (I love good food; don't worry they've you covered, I mean you my sister that likes soft and garnished pomo) at a very low and affordable cost.

Make a good deal with your Local Government inspector for favourable posts (deployment) or before hand.

Food items are also cheap to an extent there, the likes of kpanla fish, chicken soup packs, yam and other food items. It's also a great opportunity for you my igbo brothers to try out food business, it rocks.

Goat rearing business is also profitable, when you venture into the system, then beat a fair/favourable price and the goods are yours.

If you find yourself in Kwara, make sure to also visit this great man called Pastor David, this good man breached the gap between intolerance amongst religious divides and made us become one. His church is at Laduba, before Ago-Oja community.

So many applicants are finding it difficult to download their N-Power PPA Letter, this trick that worked for me might be useful for you also..

First thing first, make sure you are using Chrome browser,
Change the view to desktop view,
After you might have input your details,
Tap on the download button. (As usual an error message pops up)

Now here comes the trick,

Ignore the error message and keep tapping the download button non stop.

As for me, I kept tapping the download button for more than 5min non stop, still I saw a download completed pop up on my notification..

So many people are trying to download at the same time, causing the error message.

All you need is patience.
Keep tapping the download button non stop.

This trick worked for me, might also work for you, that's why am sharing with you.
Give it a try.
