That refusal letter is dated 2013, besides visit visa's have no right of appeal.

Personally, i think the ECO isn't convinced he earns that much, otherwise a salary of over N400k in 2013 was good for visa purposes. Again, a man with 2kids going on tourism alone does sound one kind.

I am preparing my application myself, on my home-ties i have land and car documents. I will be submitting my mother passport data page plus my work employment letter, leave letter and introduction letter to show enough home-ties.

Can i submit my mother car documents, am judging myself not to submit her car paperwork since am not the owner of the car, any suggestions pls ?

Does having a Car in Nig serve as tie back home? Is there a particular reason you are including your mother's data page? I dont see what purpose adding her car papers will do for you.
