I am suprised at the lengthy gazillion responses to this simple question. . Please invest in a good pressure cooker. With the one I use, once the meat is boiling and the pressure is built, there is a small knob that jumps up and a loud hooting noise that goes on and on. I let this go on for about 10mins and then switch off the heat. It will keep on hooting and cooking until the pressure reduces and the noise stops. This is the best way to cook tough meat. It is the fastest and surest way to cook meat, beans etc. With pressure cooker, if you are not careful, your meat will turn to jelly from too much pressure.

I wish that sort of drug is available, but unfortunately, it isn't. My bros, where in the world will you not find our people?? Naija people full Australia like water. Dont even question it, they are here plentyyyy. Cars are cheap here but the freight cost will kill. Kudos to my people o, I miss home jare, especially my one and only almight "Amala, Gbegiri and ewedu with goat meat".

yes am a nigerian and am based in kosovo, i just arrived here a year ago and am married,cost of living here is very low and there are many jobs here, i earn just enough to finance the construction of my house in lekki,lagos nigeria.

I really pity you. I am not so sure you should be playing along, for how long do you want to play along with a situation that makes you a victim. I sometimes wonder too. Aussy is so far from Naija abeg. But I console myself with the fact that its a very good country to live in and very family friendly. abi now, we have to just survive my brother!
