The report says Lagos state owes 33.86 percent of the country's total sub-national external debt, this is the 5th page, still those defending Fashola and his master Tinubu on the issue can't specifically say what Lagos state is doing with the borrowed money. Where are the mega projects? Must people defend their demi-gods even if it doesn't make sense?
