First, I doubt his qualifications. The man can't even express himself very well, even as a teacher. The construct of his sentences are bad for a teacher that should be in Queens college.
Secondly, the girl cant be lying. The mother of the girl mentioned names and it's clear that lots of people know what the man does.

Whilst I quite agree with you that there is no smoke without fire, I don't think because a 'little girl' said something then its the ultimate truth. I stay in the compound, and you'd be surprised how much lies these 'little girls' tell. I mean, they have a lie for every lie they previously told.

Bros, I know this man. His so good a teacher, I'd even argue him being one of the best Nigerian biology teacher alive. So let's leave the 'share jealousy' and agitate that proper investigation be done and justice be served accordingly. Thank you!

From my observation of society, whenever a rape/sexual assault issue is brought up, the guy is immediately taken to be guilty.

The person who is first to report a matter is always deemed innocent until the second party counters. I am not here to defend the man, but at least lets give him the benefit of doubt else we are no better than people who set someone ablaze when we hear screams of "theif theif"

1. The man had said he doesn't stay in the school, contrary to what was reported, and if he doesn't stay in the school what were the chances of him seeing the girl at late hours?

2. According to the report he was drunk, the man says he doesn't drink.

3. Even more interesting is the fact that he doesn't teach junior secondary.

The question now is, why then would a kid lie against him or accuse him of sexual assault. What is her motive or gain? Did she actually say she was sexually assaulted or that the mom is misinterpreting things? Isn't that why we have police and courts?

I know this man and I can't attest to the fact that he is not resident in the school compound, atleast not in the past 5 years that I have been staying dere. Although we (residents in the compound) have been hearing 'stories', I feel a man is innocent until proven guilty. So proper investigation ought to be done. If his found guilty, den we can crucify him. If its the otherwise, we prolly have to lie the girl and her mom down and give dem some strokes of the cane.
