I don't think so. The two referees are compulsory. And they must be current or domiciliary account holders.

forget about parking. Parked domains can confuse a potential buyer if a domain is for sale or not and looks spammy. Reselling is more lucrative.

2. Minimum CPC I usually target is $1. I focus more on end users popularity and competition.

3. Expired/dropped domains I picked up from expireddomains.net after the analysis.
