I opened an account two weeks ago with afternic.I listed my domain for sale the next day.To sign in became a problem.My teacher asked me to mail them which i did.They replied that they are not sure i am the owner of the domain that i want to sell.I replied them with evidences requested.They replied that i can now sign in and the matter has been rectified.I tried to sign in but still unable to sign in.I emailed them again and they said my account is ok. I have tried a change of password still no headway.username and password is correct.i was angry and decided to open another account with my yahoomail address. They have refused to send activation link to my yahoo account.
Question
1.Is there solution to my case
2.can i succeed if i decide to just forget about afternic

1. Call them on phone as they don't reply emails on time. Be sure you've checked your spam folder too before this.

2. For your advantage and benefit, afternic is a heavyweight market place you can't ignore.

Best is to open domiciliary account if you don't have and get their dollar card. Gtbank limit is still $200 though.

It's a custom email, I can't send it through Gmail too. I can send other mails but my outbound format won't go, don't know if its because of the link in it

from experience, most custom emails go to the spam folder of the recipient (s). I still prefer Gmail.

Afternic support is just nonsense. Send them a mail and they reply 72hrs later telling you everything's now okay. Tried logging into my account to verify it it's truly okay; boom problem still persists. Shoots them another mail 5hrs ago, no response still, another 72hrs loading. WTF!!!

just put a call across. They hardly reply emails in time. That's their way.

what made you think it's just Nigerians? They're trying to do KYC if you want to be receiving funds with bitcoins. Simply upload your government ID or slip( I used NIN slip and it was accepted.) and photo of you holding the slip/ ID card. That's all. Also a utility bill with your current address on it or your bank statement where your address will be indicated. But if you cannot do these, opt for wire transfer option.
