soft copies sounds to me like an ebook. That was years ago I wrote a manual about domaining. Never practice anything in the manual again as it's totally outdated. Domaining continue to change you know.. . What works yesterday, may not work today so you need to be following trends and be current in the industry for consistency sales. yes it happens. One thing in domaining is that you will never lose money. Yes. Try building your portfolio up to 5 to 10 competitive domains based from the first practicals. Then if you're ready for outbounding and follow ups, contact me for fresh templates. Most of my sales comes from outbounding and follow ups. Not just registering the domain and dump it at a marketplace... Reach out to potential end users, follow up and do few price reductions.

Got this later this evening from one of my old students in a whatsapp training. He bought some domains after the course and when the fast sale couldn't come, he quickly lost interest. Domaining most times requires patience and more investing. Not a get rich quick scheme though at times it happens but it's a process. Check the screenshot below.

But no worries in this one, he didn't lose the sale as the domain is still restorable by paying a higher restoration fee of $89 dollars. Note that no knowledge is a waste.

software appraisal is what never to consider when fixing a price. It's inconsequential. If it's still Less than 5 days you regd this domain, ask for a refund.

Just to ginger. Sent this domain to one of my students to quickly register during a training, which he did. Few days ago, he notified me about finalizing the sale via Dan @ $599 buy now price.

Sent him the domain late December. Some sales can happen fast.

NB: Don't start registering city+scaffold. Not advisable.

Lol. This was my domain, expired on 14th and person reg am am on 15th. Three words + XYZ; I wish am well. I think I still have the option to renew but I don't think I'll be going down such again. Regged during xyz craze/hype.

You know people buy domains for different reasons. Good as you dropped it as meta keyword is not that sellable again since Mark bought Meta.com. He shouldn't have .

New buyer may have a project for it but it's clearly a trademark offence.

Normally domain would have sold more but may take longer . I haven't fix a price before I reached out to him. I only asked him his best offer. Not GEO, It's EMD.

very correct. The fee attached is a big red flag. Moreover some people don't like doing further inquiries. Anybody can claim anything. Take time out to do exclusive research and questions before going further.
