Not any amount ooo. Banks de select max amount of low denominations they de accept. They won't even accept $50 at a go. I doubt if they will accept $20 even. At least I know that for gtb.

That was in the days when you were paid naira when you received dollars from abroad via WU and co. But now that they pay in dollars, they even prefer to accept lower bills in order to have bills to pay out. I think the major problem is just the date range.

Religion / COVID 19: The Beauty Of The Beast by izmercy(m): 10:56pm On Apr 05, 2020
This pandemic just proved a point;everything in life is a business.
From procreation ,marriage, friendship, relationship, religion, etc. You don't do things just because you can do it but because there's need for it to be done.
Ignore the hypocrites. Nobody engage in a nonprofitable business. Its amazing how fast people denied what seems to be a way of life just to remain alive. That's how you will be denied if need be.
Have you thought of life after COVID 19? Have you learned any new thing? Have you thought about investment / expansion. It been 38days since the index case in Nigeria. If this pandemic persist for next 60days, can you vouch that you will still have a job? Is your employer loyal?

There's nothing like loyalty. There's only vested interest.
Sometimes, The Beast is usually pleasant and beautiful. After all, beauty lies in the eyes of beholder cheesy

A friend introduced it to me but it seems ordinary to me. Like not the same standard with the likes of CFA, CIPM.

Thank you.

Oh yeah!!!! I bought my second solara early this year and it's been great! ((Fully pimped to my taste wink ..used the 2002 years back and it didn't disappoint.
.
.
.
.
I use it as my second car though...it's a 2005 model.extremely rugged and leg spacious.

For a first timer (depends on what you need it for me)
I usually would not advice anyone with kids to drive only a one door vehicle...(in case of emergency) but if you are a lone wolf or just a spouse...it good to go.
.
.
.
Have a reliable mechanic check it out for you...
( preferably with a machine...you will spend a little box but save yourself the big box on the long run wink Please contact the gurus here on nairaland to help you with Vin check also.

.
.
What more can I say? Welcome to the solara family. Hugs.lol .

...i chap I know I tried introducing him to t.b but he refused cos he rate where too low ...he has a barbing salon (not sure if total investment reach 400 k) he baber remits 10k weekly, this chap used same strategy to open 4 additional and use indirect managment frame work....he only pays for the shop (80k) The equipments....5 shops x 10000 k weekly =50000 k the entire investment will not be up to 2.5m ....the shops have been around since 2013...he also a state govt worker ....an investor should not just closed his mind and be at the mercy of emefele

I guess, this is FG motive. By reducing the rate, people would be force to invest in biz rather than tbills and this in turn create employment and stimulate economic growth.

if you are comfortable with a coupe or convertible then this car is good for a 1st timer, not a robber magnet, I can't categorically say it's a chic magnet either but you won't have much trouble with the vehicle.

The year you are looking at has 2az for the 4 cylinder though it is from Canada I am not too sure if it experience the oil burn known for camry

Thank you sir

A solara is a Camry. if you want to buy a coupe or convertible Camry, it would be called Solara. The solara shares platform and part with Camry the difference is the design to make it more sportier since that is what coupe and convertible are known for.

A coupe is a 2 door hardtop or soft top vehicle.

A convertible is a 2 door hardtop or soft top vehicle with the ability to retract it's roof leading to an open roof.

Thank you for your response.

However, I Will appreciate if you can assist some maintenance tips and common faults. Also ,is it suitable for someone like me who's driving and buying a car for the first time. I have heard people saying there are particular products suitable for first experience. They suggest corolla but the dashboard is not appealing to me.

The only issue i had with it back then was the battery. It can barely go more than 2 days on heavy usage, then you start looking for money to replace it.

chai! You just brought back sweet memories.
Then we use stone to hit the batteries then spread it under the sun or scratch both sides depending on the level of weakness.

Those saying there will be second batch screening should go and sleep. Second batch? If I hear... After how many months since the 'first batch screening'...?

Nigerians are really gullible, always finding hope even when you know it your heart that its over. I wish everyone well...
Lol. Am not suprised though. You just depict the common nigerian trait:selfishness and arrogancy. Nobody cares about anybody so far somebody is okay.

Hope? I thought i was clear when i said i made the enquiry on behalf of someone.bro i no follow you drag anything o.

But truth be told, for the fact that some were fortunate to be shortlisted doest make them suprior. To me, there was no yard stick used(my opinion).
Stop behaving like a saddist. 2nd batch or not, has no direct impact on your appiontment just as being shortlisted dosent guarantee your success.
Peace bro

Romance / Re: Marry Two Or More Women To Reduce Prostitution Among Ladies– Tanzanian President by izmercy(m): 6:27pm On Feb 13, 2018

Tanzania President Magufuli said "Tanzania has more women than men forcing a lot of unmarried women to commit adultery with other people’s husbands"

"according to statistics, out of approximately 70 million Tanzanians, 40 million are women and only 30 million are men"

“I am not forcing you, but just encouraging you to marry two or more wives to reduce on women staying without husbands”
http://www.eastafricanvibes.com/?p=8170
Op, from these qoutes, where did he mentioned that men should marry two women to reduce prostitution? or is adultery same with prostitution ?

Can't you do it by yourself?

You have 1 child

You have employment

Why don't you become independent?

If I was you, I would be so proud of myself. I would raise and obsorb myself into my child. I wouldn't need love and value from the outside world, I would source it from my Son....

You should be more concerned about self development than another damn man undecided

Your point is valid, good and sensible but it doesnt make an everlasting sense.
To be independent is good and i respect it.But what i want you to erase (ASAP) from your mindset is the belief that having a partner(mostly husband) means weakness and or over dependence. That's not so true dear. We all need companionship. Especially at the latter stage of our life when our friends would be busy with their life too.
Moreso, there are lots of vacum your child can't fill.
we should be careful when preaching this "female revolution" of a thing. Else,we would keep doing more damage.
