The problem is fundamental, why is Nigeria failing by the day? Despite the good intentions of our leaders past and present the country doesn't want to function. Is it a problem of the citizenry? There is no functional state, no functional LGA in the whole country, I think the problem of Nigeria is Nigerians. Tribilism, nepotism, religious bigotry, greed, etc has ruined this country.
