The problem is fundamental, why is Nigeria failing by the day? Despite the good intentions of our leaders past and present the country doesn't want to function. Is it a problem of the citizenry? There is no functional state, no functional LGA in the whole country, I think the problem of Nigeria is Nigerians. Tribilism, nepotism, religious bigotry, greed, etc has ruined this country. It's citizenry needs reorientation, stringent laws to instantly punish offenders not only politicians cause we are all guilty.
