Please @ Marvel, does d 400 recruited comprise d experienced, d GT, the ND? And if yes, is the 200 given to stakeholders taken from d 400?. Pls, and if the second question gets yes as an answer, what is d number of GT finally selected based on merit? Thanks for your anticipated and previous responses.
