abbey621: I would have gladly done the same if I were in his shoes. We are talking about 1999 or 2000 here? Yoruba films ke! Yoruba films were making peanuts and little or no room for growth, the Igbo film makers completely changed the game which gave room for stars like Jim Iyke, Geni and so on., kudos Desmond hopefully your political career will be meaningful and not just a showcase. Good point. |

Politics › Re: Exposed. Why Yorubas Oppose Biafra by izzyu(m): 8:03am On Oct 17, 2015 |
oneolajire: Am tired of this Igbo brothers. If you want to secede, pls do and do fast, stop blaming the youruba's for your inability to secede. Don't seek the cooperation of the yoruba people in your self determination. You do not need the help or collaboration of the yorubas at all. I wonder why you people swept the Biafra struggle under the carpet during GEJ's tenure. The S/southerners are not an integral part of Biafra(but seen as an integral part by the Ibos), so GEJ is not a core Biafran, therefore the best time to have paved your way to self determination was during Gej's tenure and not PMB's (from born to rule race) tenure. You are crying more than the bereaved. Pls what did the Igbos gained from GEJ's tenure? The most important project-the second Niger bridge-GEJ didn't build it for you but he built the Ado Bayero bridge in Kano. He lost his sit as a S/southerner, now you S/easterners are now wailing, may you get up and go to work
Pls plan yourself better next time, the one your brother Nzeogwu plannedin 1966 gave super power to the Northerners. Your main man could not trade oil and oil wells for weapons during the civil war,he felt he could manufacture enough locally made weapons until when Nigerian hired Russian jet-fighters to demolish the Biafran army to take over the oil wells (the only weapon they had and faild to use).
Pls plan your secession fast and leave Nigeria or stop the blame game what you just put up there is baseless. |

i have now come to understand that under this APC government, hypocricy and sheer foolish have been unlocked.
Just because of one man (TINUBU) a section of country are going daft, they tried SAraki and did not succeed, now their Man is cooling off in shame, saraki is screening Ministers.
TA Orji claimed to have done well in Abia State, but the Igbos disagreed, because he did nothing, despite everyone on the PDP side.
It amazes me that a section of this country worship people like gods, and are ready to go to hell with them.
Its only in this sections of a country that when a man nominates a devil, everyone rejoices, this is the part of the thriller i do not understand, are they being controlled with spell?
Just watch in the coming years of the Buhari era, Tinubu would have no breathing space for BUhari. Saraki thriller is over, more thriller actions are still coming. |

olapluto: The same way retweets and favourites deceived a certain Ayedee into believing he was smart, that is the same way a certain NL mod is propelling this guy. He is at best an average thinker, no striking analysis, but lavishly given an undeserved platform. I quite understand he excites the remnants of the TAN folks, but is it not glaring by now that ALL his analysis hold no water? Is this not the same guy who was calling election results from the South West like a blind man arguing about football`?
