I guess Hausa, Fulani or Kanuri was the Chief of Army Staff during Jonathan's administration. How effective were they? That was the period when Boko Haram was controlling almost all local government areas of Borno state. The era when soldiers were being given 30 bullets to face terrorists. The era when soldiers bases were being overrun by the terrorists. The era when soldiers allowances were being pocketed by the likes of late Badeh. The era when Jonathan gave green light to Dasuki to share 2.1 billion dollars to PDP stakeholders nationwide, money that was originally earmarked for security.
Do you know what is happening now? Check the attached images. That's what's happening. Security money is going straight to security.

As the oil money finishes you will see more of this, over the years this talented ppl have attuned themselves to the easy life , looting the national coffers thru the 70s till now, the most promising career among the Yorubas today is ritual killing closely followed by online scamming.
