A new staff has joined my work environment. She is with a different company but same office complex.

Today whiles entering the complex, I looked and she was looking at me but quickly turned her face.

Recently there have been so many news about suicides especially here in Nigeria. In just one week, I have read about three news/headlines about successful suicide. The ones who hanged themselves are there, not to mention the insecticide drinkers.

Absolutely right. if you have to borrow someone, give them what you can afford to let go. and most importantly learn how to say no. Saying no, I can't at this time now has really helped me alot.
