Passage house for that matter? My landlord called me three days ago that our next payment for the prepaid meter subscription will not longer be #1000 instead we are to be prepared to pay #1500. I asked him "why?" He said whether I am not in Nigeria or why would I be asking him that kind of question as if I am not a learned person. That didn't I know that the electricity tariff has been increased since by the government.
Then I told him that I know all these but that doesn't mean you too will want to increase the hell fire of Nigeria with us here in your house. We are just six tenants in the passage house while the rest four rooms are vacant, and none of us use heavy appliances that consume energy. And besides, the light in the area is not even constant, 2times per day at just 3hrs on. If we buy #6000 PPM card the card do last us for 4 to 5 months before we buy another card.
The service of the BEDC is not even encouragingat all at our own area to the extent that someone would be happy to pay #1500 for electricity bill. It was even like a force before we started paying the #1000 not to talk of #1500.
And this is making me to be confused on whether the landlord is a wicked one or greedy person, because he is the one that buys the recharge card for our own apartment after we have contributed the money, and this makes some tenants to call him thief, old for nothing and all sorts, that's not my problems anyways but the increase of the money.
CAN WE SAY THE LANDLORD IS MAKING A RIGHT DECISION OR WICKED DECISION?

lodge your complain at the police state. provide all evidence and also tender a statement down. if there is any suspect, invite them for questioning. if all that has been done. then you need a proactive measures to track those devices before those information are wiped out from the device. and you will need the services of an IT expert that is into Network monitoring and infrastructure, which in turn will laise with all relevant network provider to fast track the process. things like this is what can be done within a time frame. I need a workable advise over a crime that was committed in an organisation recently.

About 50pcs of Tecno dro iPad tablets were stolen recently from a safe of our office. It contains valuable data and information for our project.
All the stolen iPads have no REGISTERED SIMCARDS inside. We have record of all the S/N and IMEI number of the stolen items.

My humble questions are:-
1. Which law enforcement agent in the country can assist to track any of these items with above information.

2. Can NCC assist in tracking any of these missing iPads?

I'm sure we have all been in the position of thinking if a close friend is helping situation or bringing more problems. I'm currently in university and every is feeling the heat from the current economy, I recently entered university as I came I couldn't buy gas cylinder and other equipment that would enable me to cook as it's cheaper than eating out, so sometimes ( about 4 times) I use gas from this friend, note we bought the gas together.
Sometimes we go to the market to buy some foodstuffs I average contribute about 30% of the amount spent. About 10 days ago his family member gave him 10k he used it to buy perfume , chain and other stuff worth almost 8k I was angry but didn't show it ( why not use it to buy more foodstuffs ) . Sometimes when I go out to eat he comes and meet me there and due to the fact of I don't like eating when a friend around me hasn't eaten I buy him food or we share the one I bought .
Now on Friday I went home to get the gas and foodstuffs because it saves money and since I came back he has been eating with me daily,this has taking a great stress on the foodstuffs I brought back because what my parents gave me wasn't ment for two people and I am to use it till December.
So please how would do I go about this , I don't know how to tell him to stop coming because I used his gas when I didn't have and he is close friend.And also what scares me is that he currently doesn't have any provision due to the fact that he spent it on perfume and does stuff I listed before which probably means he is going to keep coming for a while

Note - I only used his gas and the foodstuff 4 times mainly because I contribute less( 30%) and know am not entitled as much as a higher percentage , and I only go to his room when only I haven't eaten due to maybe my parents not sending the cash on time not every f**cking day

I stays in an apartment that has five 5flat , each flat occupied with 5 different tenants including myself. Before we uses direct electricity which we collectively pays monthly but recently got change to prepaid meter. With each fat with it own prepaid meter. The landlord refuse to bring another prepaid separately for the compound water Pumping Machine.
However the tenants come to dialogue and agreed to tap electricity from my own prepaid meter to the pumping machine in agreement that each tenant will be paying me 1000naira monthly. So I want to know if 5k can be enough to run pumping machine for a month?

consider these factors.

the power usage of the pump. (as this will enable you to determine consumption of unit based on the hour the pump was able to completly fill all the available tanks in the compound)

the tank that is needed to be filled by that pump. that is the volume.

how many times in a week do you guys normally pump water?

sit down and do all these calculations otherwise you will end up paying the bills yourself from your own units, remember month is 30/31 days.
