My first question is that, where are you from?

If you are from the North, you may find it little inconvenient but if you're from the south you will enjoy it
Am living in sokoto, am planning any movement from now to relocate to osogbo
If find it more convenient than any other states in the west(personal opinion please)

i must confess, this thread was opened bc of me, i was in your shoe, i suffer pile since 2000, sometime it will come and go but since a month ago i started bleeding anytime i visited toilet, am afraid, i used different antibiotic but no result till yesterday when someone prescribed datfon 500mg
i used it this morning, the bleedimg has stop,

BUT THE ACTUAL TRUTH IS THAT AS TECHNOLOGY IS CHANGING MYTV ARE ALSO TRYING TO CHANGE WITH IT, OF COURSE WE KNOW THEY HAVE MOVED THEIR CHANNELS TO MPEG 4 SO YOU DONT EXPECT THEIR CHANNELS TO WORK ON THE FIRST STRONG MPEG 2 DECODER, BUT THE CARD STILL WORKS FOR 69X BUT IF YOU GO TO THEIR OFFICE TO BUY IT NEW THEY WILL ADVISE YOU TO BUY IT WITH 4940, I HAVE THE MYTV CARD AND IT IS WORKING RIGHT NOW ON MY 4669X, 4930 AND 4922HD.

I lost all the satellite then, i was unable to get acces to any channel. It was then i work on it by during adjustmt. Since then,i ws unable to hit green below dstv downward

@all, i blind scan my receiver at certain degree(unknown to me) i get sentata action,etv,etv hype,SACB 1,2&3 wthout dollar sign. Sentata actn is showing but etv,SACB & other ar nt showing,despite the fact dat the signal reached 90% green. Am on motorised dish,
1.8m wth 69x.location sokoto. Pls help

pofolo: i went hunting for ctl in ibadan today, and these are my findings...

I started with startime decoder, no show.
Then my old dvt\dtd box for ctl on yagi antenna and discover their signal is active on my old TREND box but didnt get any station,
BUT on adding the DOWN CONVERTER, i was able to get the ctl stations which include 7 jsc sport channels, mbc action, mbc max, cine afr, hitz tv, cnn etc.
However only cnn was showing as all other were all transferred and visible only on AUDIO, just exactly how an mpeg2 decoder will treat an mpeg4 channels.
and thus concluded the dtd i have isnt "up to date" to pick the stations.
i also tried it on strong 4653x ( without down converter)......no way !!.
but with the converter i was able to get just one tp...11842 v 4991 , which yielded no channel after scanning.

plan geting a gotv decoder to test when i return from work today....

update later....
