Why create a permanent problem in solving a temporal issue
Which part of the World are we copying this from?
Why not learn from countries who are leaders in cattle business?
If they create colonies now for cattles, then they should be ready to create fishing colony, rice colony, Cassava colony and so on in future.
Hope we would be allowed to have tiga dam or Argungu river as our fish colony?

Our politicians need to upgrade their thinking please. They solve problems with a holistic approach.
