Someone that applied September 14th got AD category B, interview date 6th November

Hello guys, please I'm kind of new here. I got admitted to university of Bologna. And I was also shortlisted for interview for Italian Grant scholarship. So I'll be in Abuja this week. So I need help with respect to Legalization and Declaration of Value of my documents.

I just got my verdict for full refund on a device I ordered during the 11.11 sales.
I used a coupon of $30 and AliExpress added it on my refund.
So I get $30 more.
I guess that's a mini consolation on time wasted

Bosses in the house, I need advice on this. I ordered this package on 11/11. I am yet to get the stuff. I went to post office, they told me it wasn't there. I even checked their register myself, but nothing.
Another package that followed that route has arrived after a long wait.
This particular parcel is LP group.
The problem is that the time is 2 days before I ask for refund.

My question is, what is my chance of winning such dispute?

We are in same boat actually, item arrived Nigeria 7th of December, still waiting for call up.
My package protection expires in two days. As long as I haven't gotten the item, I should be covered refund-wise

I was wondering why my order was taking so long, it arrived Nigeria on the 6th but has been stuck there since.
So I visited the post office today and spoke with the Post Master ( Yes, thats what they are called).
And he said, orders coming to the south south has been delayed cause the NIPOST truck is spoilt, hence the delay.

I don't know if I'm the only one in this situation.
