Sir. I know all about the internet. What you post there is what will be there.

I have no issues with a Christian preaching the gospels. I preach the gospel too. But pls do a back ground check on Rebecca brown and her husband. Why did they change their names and live as different different people?

Why did she take down her blog which had ran for years and had followers all over the world, immediately it was discovered she changed her name and she was indeed the Elaine the possessed lady she portrayed in her book?

There's nothing to be ashamed of, if she was delivered from satanism, but why lie, change her name, left Indianapolis and went to live in another state with another name, and went off public practice where her original details could be traced? She and her husband agreeing to change their names together?
Pls ask yourself that.
Again, i have nothing against her.

Its alright... I won't argue any further..
All I'm saying is that I haven't seen any fault with her messages and theology.. She speaks practical Christianity and for me that's sufficient.

As long as her message is sound and checks out. All other things are irrelevant.
Thank you once more sir

In a thread here a lot was said about her, i decided to do a back ground check on her. I read extensively only to discover that, the lady she used as a Character in her book "He came to set the captives free" was herself. Rebecca was Elaine.
Records traced her back to where she grew, who she was and when she changed her name from Elaine to Rebecca. When she was confronted with that information, she took down her blog and went off radar.

A whole lot of lies were discovered about her.

Like i said before, she magnifies satan by talking so much about what satan can do and less of what God can do.

BE CAREFUL.

I'm starting to understand where you're coming from Sir,

Let me even add more to the research you have, you know she got married, its even said that her husband is a high satanist, he wears a pentagram and even more shocking stuff.
But guess who owns most of the internet (if not all)? Satan and his agents. He will not allow any good thing about a person who has caused so much destruction in his kingdom be spread. If you read her book, you would get to see even places where she was rejected by her family, work and even church for battling satan. Satan is very strong and his people are everywhere, in fact they dominate most of the earth.
I do understand what you mean when you say I should be careful. But the fact that we tend to fear and try to avoid something doesn't stop it from existing. And I guess that's the same issue atheists have. They fear the prospect of hell and then instead choose to believe that God doesn't exist.
Spiritual warfare is real, although not everyone is called to fight, except those with the grace and fear of God. And in all forms of serving God, there will surely be persecution and things you would have to suffer for His sake (I'm very conversant with this as I have lived among unbelievers).
So please don't be quick to judge her based on wiritten articles, do so by her words compared with that of Christ.

Thank you Sir. God bless us

To anyone who is not led by the Holy Spirit, Rebecca Brown is a Christian. But, if you follow Jesus' to try all spirits by compare Scriptures you'd discover that Rebecca Brown is not a Christian.

If you follow Rebecca Brown closely, you'd live in fear of the devil all your life. That is not the spirit of God. Jesus gave us boldness and a sound mind, Rebecca through her writings potent to inflict fear in a believer by magnifying satan more than Jesus.

She talks too much of what Satan can do and less of what Jesus has done and still does.

Any believer who spends so much time magnifying satan and his works, but appearing to preach Jesus is fake. Her intent and purpose to inflict Fear.

She is a Charade.

You would only fear if you don't follow the institution in her books or don't read them to the end.

She talked extensively about testing spirits, just as u mentioned above. Also she always stresses that the devil is wicked and has no good plans for any man. But He (Jesus has come to set the captives free and is all powerful). She has illustrated the awesome loving power and supremacy of God in many true life examples and even her life.

Please brother look inward and think deeply, will an occultic person do all these and say all this. You dare not even confess as a servant of satan that Jesus is the Christ and all powerful.

Please once again, try and read her books properly and wothout fear. And if u have read it before, read it again starting from He came to set the captives free.

Thank you Sir and God bless us and give us more understanding in Jesus name. Amen

You just applauded a man who follows satanic verses cascading as Christians. Rebecca Brown is not a Christian. I don't know about Watchman Nee because i have not read any of his books. But, i know for sure that Rebecca Brown is an Ocult woman.

Have you read any of her books? And what is your basis for saying she's occultic? If its the result of Google search, then I have to say I'm disappointed.
I don't think an occultic woman will cause so much damage to devil and his servants. Plus I do not expect the occult world not to find a way to taint her image.

If you want to understand what I'm saying, if you haven't read her books, please do. Starting with 'He came to set the captives free'

Good day Sir

chalantmike:
yhu don't, the average occultist can make yhur religious knowledge look very stupid, because they've transcended that realm of knowledge. an occultist, at least a real occultist is a scientist of nature, what that means is he works with knowledge of how the universe is, that include religion, depending on their upbringing, an occultist has very very very God theological knowledge of the bible or the Korean,in most cases both, he knows the Bible to the very skeleton, cause an occultist works with the bible, many occultic ritual were dug out n manufactured from the bible, that is why the real name of Christianity is neopagan religion, it means new age pagan religion.

the average Christian can not compete with that realm of knowledge, cause an occultist exist on the realm of logic and creativity, seriously an occultist will explain the bible for yhu like its 1 + 1,if he wants too.

simply put in a Christianity dimension an occultist is an individual "Christian" who bypass the holy spirit in other to access certain information, use certain spiritual laws.

depending on the background an occultist is actually a Christian.

for example an occultist believes that Christ died on the cross for the redemption of his sin, Christ also was risen on the third day etc. buh every fundamental truth a Christian believes an occultist believes in them too

"depending on the background, and speciality of the individual occultist".

but he/she will tell yhu his not a Christian because his not bounded by yhur laws and logic, he has transcended those laws, those Christian laws, he resonates above them.

and his 100% right, because the law is not what makes one a Christian, but by the confession of the mouth and believe in heart, that's what makes one a Christian.

Romans 10:10
For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you profess your faith and are saved.

buh most Christian do not know that, its not the laws of right n wrong that makes on a Christian, they hear it,buh they don't know it.

and occultist does, cause he sees every loophole in the bible.

so bros, it would be very difficult to convince an occultist, very very difficult because by the spiritual law and in the realm of logic his higher than yhu, buh everything is not logic.

I strongly believe this investor has a model to sustain the competition though

Yeah.. That's a strong point
And from all indications the South African government is also giving its full support to supersport, you can imagine the revenue and jobs it generates for its people.. If let's say Zimbabwean or Nigerian governments can support Kwese sports and HiTV respectively I'm sure there's a chance to battle supersport... Competition will be good for us

Sports / The Billionaire Showing Africa Premier League Football For Free by Jakeattah(m): 7:22am On Sep 14, 2017
I sincerely support this man's plans, to break the wicked grip of supersport and expensive multichoice...

Strive Masiyiwa: The billionaire showing Africa Premier League football for free

The founder of Kwese TV is hoping to break the monopoly held by SuperSport with his new investments in sport TV across the continent
In April, Kwese Sports won free-to-air and subscription TV rights for the 2018 Fifa World Cup as they announced themselves an emerging big player in the African sports television market. The rights cost the company around $34m as Fifa pocketed a decent profit after sub-Saharan Africa’s top TV companies splashed big on its flagship product.

Kwese TV and its affiliated sports channels are owned by Zimbabwean billionaire Strive Masiyiwa, a business man who has become a mentor through Facebook to almost three million African entrepreneurs. His posts on social media are widely shared like a modern business manual.

Masiyiwa’s plan is to let more Africans watch the Premier League for free through Kwese Free Sports, and then sell advertising. This is a business model different from the existing expensive cable TV market that has restricted the growth of the industry. His long term strategy would change the face of sports broadcasting on the continent.

Last week, Dr Masiyiwa visited Lagos during his Entrepreneur Townhall Africa Series to speak about his investments ahead of the launch of the new cable platform in October. I got an opportunity to ask him a few questions. Below are excerpts from the interview:

Why have you decided to invest in the African cable television market?

There’s always room for other players as long as the existing players do not behave as a monopoly and do not behave in a predatory manner. Africa is a very big market and it needs more than one player. We have a satellite service with 75 channels, seven are sports channels. One of our sports channels is free, in fact, we run the English Premier League on it, we don’t run it not on our paid channels. If somebody buys our decoder, even if they have no money, we have five channels that are always free including the channel that gives the English Premier League.

We have a lot of rights many of which we haven’t published yet because we are waiting for them to kick in. For example, we have the World Cup next year, all the free-to-air broadcasting rights will come only from us and we will broadcast it for free. But most of the games will also be broadcast on our paid channels.

Masiyiwa: I started out fixing people's drive ways. Find your point of entry, start small. Don't worry about the big players, do your bit. pic.twitter.com/M0pu3YN8yA

Would you be looking to acquire more access to the English Premier League when the next bidding process comes around?

Yes, we will. But I also believe that it is unfortunate. For example in South Africa, the government has opened an anti-competition inquiry over sports rights, particularly the English Premier League because if you have a dominant monopoly it is preventing the entry of others. So I’m expecting that very soon the Nigerian government would take the same approach to key rights like the English Premier League that they should be opened up and I’m calling for them to be opened up. You cannot have a dominant predatory monopoly. In South Africa, there’s a full inquiry now and we’ve been asked by the government to make a submission as to what we need to open up the sector. HiTV should never have collapsed in Nigeria it was predatory behaviour that prevented HiTV from taking root.

But the cost of sports rights like the English Premier League and the Fifa World Cup is high because they are determined by the rights owner and not HiTV, DSTV or Kwese TV.

If there’s one buyer how does the price go up? Unless the one buyer has the interest to see the price go up. I’m a buyer of sport and I have no problem with buying sport, if the Premier League is available we will bid. But sport is not Premier League, we have other sports on the Kwese Free Sport. How many people in Nigeria actually get to see the EPL given its cost? Less than a million. That’s one of the reasons why we show it for free. When we show the Premier League game on Saturday afternoon we’re reaching more than 100 million people across Africa compared to one or two million that are subscribed. So how do you develop a game if you’re not allowing the masses to see it? That’s why we launched the Kwese Free Sports channel.

The minister of Information of Nigeria recently criticised Nigerian companies’ spending on European football. How do you see African countries developing their sports products and creating as much a following as the English Premier League?

The popularity of the English Premier League was built, we can do the same. When we are broadcasting as Kwese, whatever you are watching here is being watched in the rest of Africa. There are five or six African countries whose football is continental. Zimbabweans will sit to watch Nigeria play because they know it’s one of the top countries in football because they have watched Nigeria at the World Cup. They will watch Cameroon play they will watch Ghana play because these are our top teams. So we are very excited to buy rights for and to invest in those teams. I would rather spend a hundred million a year behind African soccer than behind the Premier League because I have got a long game, I want to look at the future. So where opportunities arise we are absolutely interested in developing African sport. But again we’re not just focused on soccer, the only reason why soccer is so popular is because that’s the only thing people have got to see. Africans want to experience other sports so we want to broaden that interest by buying every type of sport and putting it into our channels. We are in it for the long term.

Very true
It was a very sad day at the campus,we were supposed to have a seminar but it turned gloomy. Everyone went to the central mosque and others to church to mourn the dead. I personally went to a church that lost two members, cos I have a friend directly involved.
All this got me thinking, for how long will we stand by and keep watching our leaders play chess with our lives. I was talking to fellow youths there and was telling them if we continue to keep quiet, one day it will come to our doorstep. We keep saying lets just hope, what can we do.... We say this because we think we are safe but its not so, weda you are in maiduguri or far in lagos island, if we all dont come together to do something one day we wont have a country to call ours. These are people's family members being killed daily and nobody is saying anything about it. The police women and others are still in captive, a young i know girl in unimaid is affected. No ruler has said anything or sent any force to try and rescue these women.
If there is a bomb blast in Europe for instance, from our president, to citizens in diaspora to the citizens here will all take to facebook changing profile pictures and placing flags of that country. It disgusts me. I'm not saying it's bad to feel sorry for victims. I'm saying its pathetic when worse happens in your country and all you say is 'aya'.
And our so called leaders are the worst, they were all out of the country to visit an absent president while their citizens were being butchered, stabbed in the eyes and head and shot. Their corpses were so bad the hospital couldn't keep em. They had to be burried as soon as they were identified.
Sorry, I didn't mean to write this much but I'm seriously pained, I almost shed tears yesterday when I saw how people's mothers were weeping. If a lot of you youths could see things the way some of us located here see the situation, then maybe we will stop taking political sides and stand together once and for all.
We have been told before we are the leaders of tommorow, if we don't take our place, it will forever be yesterday...

Sorry for errors and typos
