SeeWahala:Poverty is a global problem but we are talking here about law enforcement efforts to combat terrorism and curtail kidnapping. From this perspective, the drone initiative shown in the above video is for the benefit of ALL Nigerians because even the poor are no longer spared by kidnap gangs. In many pats of Nigeria today, farmers have abandoned their crops because the kidnapping slave-raiders are stalking remote farms to kidnap simple farmers who have never seen one million naira cash in their entire lives. So my brethren, this new chapter in Nigerian drone warfare is to be applauded by every human being who calls Nigeria home. |
SeeWahala:My pellow kwantiri-mans, why you dey vess tooo much like dis? Haba nothing when ya kwantiri go do when go make you happy. |
My pellow kwantirimans let me be the first person to bear this long overdue good news. The Nigerian military, in collaboration with innovative civilian defense contractors, recently displayed the precise targeting accuracy, speed, maneuverability and destructive might of suicide drones made entirely in Nigeria. This is a landmark development clearly inspired by Ukraine's astonishing feats in affordable drone warfare, that will soon redefine the term "force multiplier" in Nigeria's ongoing war on terror. For those who are not familiar with the term, a "suicide" drone, also known as a "kamikaze" drone, is designed to chase down and detonate on impact with a fast moving target such as a car, motorcycle, or even a running and ducking soldier. This, my pellow kwantirimans, is the drone variety that will soon become the worst nightmare for members of Nigeria's kidnapping and slave-raiding gangs. For the first time, it will be possible for a tiny drone, controlled by a remote "pilot" located miles away, to duck and weave between trees, and thus zero in on specific targeted terrorists like a robotic killer bee, so as to blow the fleeing target to pieces WITHOUT affecting any innocent captives in the vicinity. The term "game changer" has been so overused recently as to become a trite cliché, yet this new drone innovation now being tested by the Nigerian military has the potential to END the kidnapping epidemic currently ravaging Nigeria, in a matter of months from the time this new generation of small, highly maneuverable, surgically precise, cheap and deadly drones go into widespread use in the war on terror and kidnapping. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5bakYYQgABA |
The father of the woman who died aged 26 is not empowered by law to take control of her body IF there is any possibility that she was murdered. While the father can state his PREFERENCE that his daughter's body should not be subjected to any post mortem examination, it is ultimately the decision of a court that will determine whether or not a criminal investigation into the woman's death is warranted, and thus whether an autopsy should be conducted to establish the cause and manner of death. Consider the hypothetical case of a parent who is suspected of killing their own child. Would that parent in such an instance enjoy the court's backing to simply declare that the body of the deceased be hurriedly buried without an autopsy that would cast light on the manner of death? |
Kokaine:Your speculation is 100% correct, but do NOT send any female relatives to Saudi Arabia, of all places . They will face MORE danger from Arab men, then they do from Nigerian men. |
DeepSight:Yes indeed, that seizure and subsequent videotaping of the terrorists' captured loved ones was a masterstroke of strategic genius, the likes of which has never been seen anywhere in the past. Whoever dreamed up that brilliantly cruel and cunning idea deserves a huge pay raise. |
goldensmiles:In so many words you are hinting that this woman might have been a "big budget" carnal knowledge consultant who died over a disagreement on the matter of professional fees. The rush to cover the matter up makes more sense when considered from this perspective. That our honorable minister could become so deranged with lust over an obese woman as to murder her, is sad testimony to the appallingly bad taste the man has in women, while also highlighting his bestial nature that is now so much more difficult to conceal from the public. |
DeepSight:I dey kampe, my brother. Enemies of frogress can never stop me from pontificating in this forum. Salutations to the barrister-at-law. |
DeepSight:The possibility that US military intelligence assets and drones played key roles in this spectacularly successful operation cannot be ruled out, even if no US combatants partook of the intense firefight that ensued in that forest. Thus we might as well tentatively tip our hat to The Always Mighty Double Chief Alhaji Chairman Barrister Trumpenstein the Great, for his silent role in this historic raid. |
MrMandilas:If the victim had blood coming out of her mouth, it is likely that the minister strangled her to keep her from disclosing that he lost control over his lust during or after enjoying a private massage from the woman. In short, the massage he paid for was only the start of what the minister wanted from that woman, but once she refused to share carnal knowledge with him, he became violent and attacked her, using strangulation to mute her cries for help. Sowore is a professional accuser who very often invents imaginary scenarios that implicate government officials in criminality, so as to garner cheap publicity. This case of murder is, however, accurately described by Sowore. |
HallahGeisher:No be small ting, my brother. |
HallahGeisher:If your perception of "mediocrity" is the miraculous saving of numerous hostages by the Nigerian military, who lost men to land mines during previous rescue attempts, then I most certainly do celebrate "mediocrity" with no apologies to you, Mr. Armchair General. |
Origin:According to the currently trending legal lexicon that is uniquely applicable in Nigeria, the concept of "repentance" is simply a euphemism to describe the automatic and absolute impunity that is granted to Islamist terror gang members who wish to "make a new start" as free, criminally absolved felons, after committing egregious acts of pillage, abduction, torture, and genocide. Sadly, the option of "repentance is NOT made available in Nigeria to petty thieves, "unpatriotic" online commentators, or stoners like yours truly who get caught in possession of small marijuana quantities. Those "less equal" categories of misdemeanor and infraction offenders can expect to be slam-dunked in jail where the sun never shines to languish for endless years of hellish "awaiting trial" limbo, regardless of their willingness to "repent" in the manner of Islamist genocide perpetrators who hold "get-out-of-jail-free" cards at the ready in the event of their arrest while shedding innocent blood. |
When I saw those ground-attack fighter jets screaming overhead at tree-top level, I got freaking goosebumps, I chit you not. Imagine being a terrorist lurking in what was a safe location for weeks, then suddenly feeling the ground shake as an attack jet materializes close enough to the ground that you can feel the rippling shock-wave in your bones. That would put the fear of God into even the most battle-hardened terrorist, and serve them with notice that the gloves are off, and the final showdown is at hand. Hats off to the Nigerian military for this spectacularly successful rescue operation whose meticulous planning left nothing to chance. The fact that all hostages, sadly excluding the victim that was decapitated at the onset of the kidnapping, were ultimately rescued alive and without injury, is nothing short of a miraculous outcome to a dicey scenario that could very easily have devolved into a chaotic mass casualty debacle. To the usual skeptics who remain unconvinced about the authenticity of the footage of this mission that has just been released, I advise patience, for soon enough that heroic lady principal of the school, and her other colleagues will have recovered from their harrowing trauma sufficiently to grant press interviews that will leave no doubt as to the authenticity of their experience, from the moment of their capture until the moment that the terrorists began to drop dead around them under a withering fusillade of gunfire unleashed by the approaching troops. God bless the Armed Forces of Nigeria God bless Nigerian President Bola Ahmed Tinubu God bless the calm and composed lady headmaster of that school who became the narrator of her own journey to hell and back, and who, against all odds, lived to breath the sweet air of freedom. |
Sheikh Goofy must understand that when his so called "repentant" terrorists are neutralized with extreme prejudice, they are being sent DIRECTLY to Satan to collect their allocation of 72 virgins, which is the biggest favor such horrible little demons can be granted by those who carry out such acts of kindness, the instant that bogus "repentance" card has been played. |
AbosedeFalade:How does the beheading of that math teacher fit into your fascinating conspiracy theory, Sherlock Holmes? Are you going to propound a hypothesis that the beheading was a film trick? Please educate us, since it is clear you imagine yourself to be more intelligent than everybody else. |
jogojogo:This is not true. Islamist terrorists are launching coordinated attacks in the north of Mali, and are posing a major threat to Bamako, the capital. The battle is ongoing as these words are typed, with Libya-trained Tuareg fighters in the thick of the action. Mail is in grave danger of becoming the first West African nation to be overrun by the bloodthirsty Islamists. |
Confronted with the sight of somebody's middle aged wife and mother of many rug-rats, I would lose the ability to even think about arousal. To each his own, but I cannot imagine myself thinking about sex with an old woman, even if a million dollars was offered me to perform. |
Gone are the days when man pikin could fly with the eagles in peace
|
This is a sad development for innocent drone hobbyists who might be unaware that they could wind up in a net over their hobby. Oddly enough, drones are easily available from online sellers located in Nigeria, which shows that those resellers import their drones with ease. |
Choiceone1:Oh, I fully agree that the concepts of "rehabilitation", "repentance", " reformation" or "reintegration" are all deeply offensive insults to the intelligence of any rational human being, when such words are applied to bloodthirsty terrorist kidnappers and slave-raiders who deserved to be shot on sight and not even captured. A convicted murderer's right to feel remorseful or "repentant" should only be granted AFTER the convict has begun to serve their sentence of life in jail with hard, back-breaking forced labor, or at the point of being hung by the neck on the gallows. While expressing my firm conviction that terrorists are best processed into farmyard manure the instant they are sighted, I also reaffirm my belief that any rabble-rousing homicide instigator like Nnamdi Kanu, who repeatedly and openly called for targeted violence in numerous documented online speeches, MUST bear the full legal consequence of directly encouraging his gullible cult lemmings to commit acts of murder and arson. That legal repercussion is of course a fair trial in the court of law , followed by the imposition of a lifetime in jail sentence, as has now been applied to Kanu, whose only opportunity to deliver inciteful speeches will henceforth be to an audience of cockroaches and jailhouse rodents. |
smileyoo:Can anyone guess what the favorite word of this writer might be? |
Mccullum:Your comment is true, BUT the primary threat to West Africa is posed by Islamist terror gangs of Fulani extraction. God breast Antarctica! |
Skullminers1:I like this idea you are hinting about. Sounds like they are immediately granted their promised allocation of 72 upon arrival in Igboland. This is a laudable philosophy that should be emulated in other parts of Nigeria. Let no man stand between a Fulani terrorist and his allocation of 72. |
obiekunie01:No be small ting |
nairalanda1:This deeper historical perspective is an educational and sobering wider context to contemplate. |
Endinjustice:Kanu will grow old and die in jail because his hate speeches and calls to arms resulted in numerous murders in Igboland. Thank you or asking. |
favor914:So sad to read this correction that the suspect financier of terror had been unmasked 22 years ago, yet was been left free to fund genocide all through the tenure of several successive democratic governments in Nigeria. It is high time this monster joins Kanu behind bars for life, for they are both evil birds of the same feather. |
Otuegbe:Kanu was not the prescient prophet you might try and portray him to be. He was, rather, an arrogant, deluded, and reckless advocate of mindless violence whose online ranting led to countless deaths in Igbo land, and who is now rightly spending the rest of his wasted life in jail, learning the Hausa language, receiving occasional corrective beatings, and wishing he had not been so crazed as he urged his people to commit homicide and arson in furtherance of his Utopian secessionist fantasies. The invasion of farmland by bloodthirsty armed Fulani cattle herdsmen has been a well-known growing danger in Nigeria since 2009, which did not require Kanu to point out the obvious to anyone who has been conversant with Nigeria's recent history. |
Sensiblerealist:Barrister Femi Falana SAN must have his facts fully marshalled, and all his ducks in a row BEFORE making this public statement of unassailable fact about a previously hidden terrorist sponsor in Nigeria. Falana knows that no frivolous and baseless defamation or libel claim can stand against the meticulously researched body of evidence that he stands ready to tender as court evidence. Now it remains to be seen whether the terrorist sponsor will dare try to sue Falana, given how much global publicity the details of that hideous crime of terrorist financing against the Nigerian people will surely arise during court proceedings before the world press. |
