hustler: End of Story. Fabio Capello, As far as i am concerned, even though i do not like his very strict style of managing has always been the best manager ever in my eyes from when he left the shores of italy to guide Madrid to success in 97/98 to when he came back and transformed Roma to Scudetto winners in 2001 and when he went back to Madrid to guide them to success in 07 after yrs of no silverware.
Lets leave out the numerous continental and domestic honours he won with Milan and Juventus.
The only reason i will hate him is if England win the world cup under him. He has always won wherever he has been. I pray he doesnt have that success with England otherwise we no go hear word for 10 years. May God bless you bro, finally someone who is objective without been biased |

Emperoh: Not when La liga apologists won't let us be!!
So you will pick Valdez over Peter Schmichel, Fabien Barthez in his hey days? These people have been exceptional Internationals for their country, a position which Valdez can only dream of Barca keeper that is not even fourth choice for his country. . . . .I will pick an off form Roy Caroll over Valdes we haven't even spoken of Tim Howard who keeps making saves week in week out for Everton. . . . I can count 5 EPL mid table keepers that are better than Victor Valdes. . . . . . . .He is just an average keeper if you ask me!! I think the dude is referring to the current man utd goal keepers and not generally |
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Goal.com-sir Alex Ferguson Voted As The World Best Among Other Best Coach by jalether(m): 3:09pm On Sep 24, 2009 |
Capello still remains the best manager ever regardless of what anyone thinks, yall can argue the topic till enternity if you like
but that still wouldn't change the fact that Capello has always been a winner at every club he has managed, and he doesn't have
to go 3 or 4 season's without winning a major trophy |
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Manchester United Fan Thread by jalether(m): 1:30am On Sep 24, 2009 |
Krayola: haha. I'm not saying u have to agree, just saying that the notion that I claim all the best players are at Barca is false. There are several players at barca I don't rate very highly.
Thierry Henry, for example, IMO currently isn't all that. His experience is priceless though and is an asset to the team. Keita is ordinary IMO even though Pep loves him. I never thought Eto'o was all that, and I've always said that. . .even when he was banging in goals for us. I don't think Puyol is all that and I say that a lot of the time. i think Sergio Ramos and Higuin are excellent players and they play for the team i hate most. Lassanna Diarra too.
So I'm not blinded by being a Barca fan. At the bolded part now thats what i'm talking abt, it's a shame the dude is highly underrated, I ve always rated him ahead of Aguero sef |

~Sauron~: Ferguson is a better manager than Capello by all standards. Capello has not won 2 UCL titles wherever he has been and his number of league titles is below 10. He remains one if not the only manager to have won major titles in every single club he has coached, within the first or second year at each club, who can beat that, fergusson hasn't proved his abilities anywhere else apart from United ofcourse, not to take anything away from fergusson but Capello gets the best out of every player, look what he is doing with the English national team at the moment |

MrCrackles: Good job by the youngin's yesterday. . . . . When called upon, they have always been fantastic and they started brightly again this season I support AW's policy of handing the youngsters the chance to showcase what they have to offer in less important competitions. . . . However, if we get to the final, i will like for the sake of winning silverware, for AW to blend the team with youth and experience. I have every confidence in the abilities of the youngsters and i am sure they are at no other better club in terms of nurturing and development Like DK already said, you will have to wait 1000 years for that to happen |

~Sauron~: Did the same Barca win 3 league titles on the spin like Rio? Have you factored the strength of EPL in your moronic rants? Barca has one genuine rival in La Liga. . . .Real Madrid. United have 3 genuine rivals in the EPL. . . . .Chelsea, Liverpool and Arsenal. So for Rio to have won the title THRICE on the bounce says a lot. I don't expect a ninny like you to understand though. . . . . Ibime should teach you the basics of footie analysis. haha, sauron feeling important, village boy feeling funky wonders shall never end, if a poll is design to measure who chat the most poppycocks on this sport forum I can place my mortgage on it that you will emerge in first place. As far as am concerned Ronaldo was the key instrument in the three EPL titles you won and not Rio |

usually command low transfer fees, pay close attention to the word usually and don't throw me exceptions like Buffon et al |

at the time he was bought. |
