BlueDiva: Calm down people, i can bet my house that Ramires will pick up. In fact, i tip Ramires to be one of Chelsea's best players next season. Don't put your salary on it cos you go lose out big time. If your prediction turns out true then Hilario will win WPOTY His fitness and work ethic is not in doubt though but his football brain and all round ability is. |

Josh would do a better job in that position tha ramires. . . . . our midfield trio are clueless in the creative aspect of the game
we need some flair and creativity in that midfield, big time |

v3: How was that stopped Arsenal from challenging for the title? Seriously? Can you hear yourself right now? It's only 6 games and y'all mouthing off. . SMH That may have no bearing on your title challenge. however, a top rated team losing to an inferior counterpart is out of the ordinary Barca were torn apart for losing at home to hercules but that result probably wouldn't hamper their la liga ambitions bottomline- your result against WBA is shocking and a big deal to most footie fans and pundit. . . how many fans would have bet their mortgage on that result?. you, prior to the match, believed that fixture was going to be a walk in the park and even predicted chamark to cop his 1st hatrick for the club |

v3: ^ Are extra points awarded when losing to lesser teams? But a team with the ambition of winning or posing a serious epl challenge shouldn't be losing to lower rated teams. . . . . If Chelsea's loss to wigan last season was almost seen as a taboo, why shouldn't arsenal's lost to WBA be viewed in the same light? |

v3: What's the meaning of this
Arsenal lose to WBA, so what? Haven't Chelsea lost to Wigan? Haven United lost to Burnley?
Guys, PLEASE! Moderavizzle wagwan I didn't see the match. . . . .did chamark score an hatrick as you predicted That Chelsea and United have recorded shocking results before does not make Arsenal's loss to WBA justifiable You lot are getting the same treatment as when we lost to Wigan last season. . . that's the expected reaction from fans in situations like this |

debosky: @ HNIC
I hear you. . . .but you know what? Almunia rushes out too often. . . .that's why he got caught out for the penalty, and that's why the third was scored. If he readied himself instead of rushing out madly, that would save us a lot of trouble.
His decision making for rushing out is poor - he gets either beaten or leaves his goal exposed. That was my main point. Interestingly enough, Fabianski does the exact same thing,so someone is either coaching them wrong, or Fab has picked this up from Almunia.
In the final analysis, all blame must go on Arsene for this - he should've sorted out this GK issue and he failed to. Almunia is not taking all the flak for the gaffer's stubborn insistence on keeping faith with two inept keepers. What does the highlighted part say about Wengay? Bear in mind that this is the same manager that once considered Almunia a world class goalie. SMH |

Can Jay-jay fit into the list dayokanu just put up?He even forgot Abedi Pele.Jay-jay play reach am? Like I said, will you pay attention to someone who was good in only one area of say,JAMB-like Chemistry,or someone who has a high score in all the papers? Is there a university for people who did well only in Chemistry? You and I know very well that you CANNOT separate dribbling as an entity from Football as a whole. It is not Mutually exclusive. You no do set for maths? Dayo, I concur to your category of Jay-jay.Men he's so similar to those players oh! The thread topic is asking for the "better dribbler". . . . . i.e they should be judged strictly on their dribbling ability. you cannot use ronaldinho's achievement or productivity to judge who is better at dribbling. if the thread topic had read "who is the more successful or productive player " that is when your assertions/logic becomes legitimate. |

Our first real test of the season yet, I'm I excited or what. The difference between both teams, quality wise, is very marginal and the outcome of last season's fixture, if anything, should serve as a reassurance for the citizens. we have received a major boost ahead of today's clash with the return of captain John Terry but frank lampard remains on the sidelines Summer signing, ramires, looks set to retain his spot in the midfield for three games in succession given man city's inconsistent form so far this season, all indication points to a chelsea victory. however, Mancini's boys are more than capable of ruining the party, especially at home. But **** it. . . . Chelsea to carry the day by 3 goals to 1. let's go there !!!!!!!!!!! |

Kakuta has flopped in two successive games he has played . . . . . I guess he isn't ready yet
and I still struggle to understand ancelotti's obsession with sturridge. . . . I can't believe he has featured in more games than
his other competitions. Josh is the only player from the youth system that impressed last night. I hope carlotti can see the
quality in this kid and use him more often. |
