2buff: I can see you are a chain smoker, hence you defending the filthy habit and trying to validate the disgusting by-product of it as something a person bearing a child should accept as "not a big deal".Nope, I did not talk about it like that. Read it again. I was talking aout second-hand smoking a few times when you are pregnant. |
minute: Seriously how many pregnant women do you see at clubs?Pfft. I love dancing, thats why I go out, even now when the baby is 1,5 years. Not to do drugs, I only drink 1-2 beers, and I aint looking for ONS. |
Fhemmmy: For me there is Day, there Evening and Night, Day is work time except weekends . . .I work in the daytime too, but I still se my daughter in the afternoon/evening.. |
Fhemmmy: During the day, how many father are home during the day?So..you NEVER see your kids during the day when they are awake? You go when they are sleeping, come home when they are sleeping? |
pleep: Aint nothing wrong with that ![]() |
~Royal~:Eyh. According the africans I knwo, you are either fat or chicken, and aint nothing wrong with either. And let me tell you; the only chicken here is the one I eat ![]() Aaw, hon, you could never offend me. As long as you got my back and all ![]() |
2buff: Woman sit your azz at home.Pfft. |
~Royal~:Lol. Dont flirt too much now ![]() |
josh4ever: My wifey is heavily pregnant and has been agitating to go clubbing with me.... My answer? NO!!! I'm not risking having a miscarriage from some drunk bitch or dickhead hitting her belly or the nasty smoke that could render my precious baby paranoid! We will resume clubbing in 2yrs time...lolDont go to clubs where people tend to fight, stand in a corner and dont get into discussions. Not worse than that. And about smoking; No, its not good, everyone knows thath, but come on..there are babies born every damn day where the mother has been smoking sigarettes, and thousands get born damn healthy. You really, really think that second hand smoking a few times will damage the baby? The chance is so small, you shouldnt even talk about it. If she was working in a coffee shop with smoking inside, on the other hand, THEN you could worry. |
The only problem would be second hand smoking. If you look away from thath, no problem at all. I went out clubbing many times when I was pregnant, as long as I had the energy to do it. Both with and without my husband, and if he wasnt there, sure enough one of his friends would be. I never jump to the middle of the dancefloor, always in a corner. So the chance of getting "in the middle of something" is very small. I prbably had a bigger chance getting hit by a car, than a man. But yes, some boys did not see the belly, and still tried to pick me up. I told them to check out my belly, they apologized. Not much more problem than that..just make sure you dont go to a club that is known for fighting etc. I dont see any wrong in this. After the baby is born, there will probably be maaany months before you even feel like going to the club again. The loud music will NOT hurt the baby in any way, they are very much protected in there. Go out, shake your ass, and drink some soda. Enjoy ![]() |
Poverty? No. You can always build it up again. Failure? No. You failed, you learned. My biggest fear now; to loose my husband and/or child. I really dont know what I would do without them, the love for them is too strong at times. |
Fhemmmy: Will give it a try and if it no work, i will come back to you and Nijababe . . . .When you tel them to come for you, do it in your own language. When you ask if their hungry, do it in your own language. When you ask if they want water/are thirsty, do it in your own language. Teach them how to answer yes or no. Point at things and say "see/look there" in your own language. My kid understands more fulani than norwegian, and shes growing up in Norway..her dad talks to her as if she was a full-fulani,, knowing she will learn. And she does. |
Fhemmmy: Cos there is no time to teach themIf you spend time woth your own kids during the day, and TALK with them, they will learn. |
Odunnu: When your spouse is from a different geographical location from you and both of you use the official English language in communicating, what language would be advisable to be used for the children when they come?Me and my sppuse speak mainly in english, but still; he talks fulani for our child, I talk norwegian. It aint worse than that. |
Braids. Or you can buy tape/glue for fixing stripe-effects to your hair. |
~Royal~:Say what now? First of all; Beauty is always a subjective thing. Number two; It seems to ME that the black men who marry "sloppy, fat and unattractive white women" choose some of these women, SOME, because they get papers through them. Please do not take all white women under one, dear. I did not marry my husband to rebell to anyone, it just happened. It felt right. Do you really think I like defending my marriage to my family and people I dont even know ALL the damn time? Always having to justify WHY we fell in love with each other, WHY we got married, WHY we manage to be with different religions and backgrounds? Really? Nah. I aint ugly. But I aint beautiful to everyone either. I dont have "a thing" for black men, but subjective speaking; dark skin is more beautiful than white skin, most of the time, yes. I am not afraid to say that. Still, my husband is the first african man I have fallen in love with, and seen more in than only beauty on the outside. Cause for a marriage to last, you need more than an attractive look. |
Tolaaaaannni: Because im scared of the pain.I can understand that. But its a part of it ![]() |
PAGAN 9JA:"ok." There is no getting through to you, so for some time now, I will just ignore your attempts to insult me, and pollute peoples mind with racism. May you be blessed in every way the universe wish for you, my energy will go for other things. ![]() |
PAGAN 9JA:*Sigh* Then stop polluting every thread I answer in with trying to be rude about me and my daughter, then. I have shown nothing but respect in answering you, you should consider the same. |
PAGAN 9JA:Lol. After I said I was white, yes. And the samis in my family come from scandinavia. Like I said; 500 years back. Now, stop trying to put me down and slamming this thread. If you have something to say, create a new one ![]() |
PAGAN 9JA:How far back do you know your own history? My daughter is mixed, not half-breed. Are you a full-breed? Damn ugly word. Same with mongrel. I am scandinavian. My roots up to 500 years back are scandinavian. So; you can call me white or scandinavian, as I am both. You thought I was black before, so if I never said anything, you would never know.. |
Mcleo007: Where did you get urs?All of them, exept the ones on my face, in Norway. The ones in my face I got in Serrekunda-area in Banjul. So, sorry to say; I cant help you with a good one in Nigeria. |
PAGAN 9JA:Oh goodness, here we go again. Make a damn thread to claim I am f-uc-king up the african people instead of blowing up every thread I answer ![]() I am not half-breed, neither is my daughter. I am not a joker, neither is my daughter. I am not trying to "fit in", I have loved these things since I was a youngster, so you can keep your ignorance to yourself. |
Of course it hurts In a good way, though. ( This makes me miss even the sound of the tattoo-machine..been too long now..)have never had any n my hip, but the skin is thin, and if you are having it over the hip-bone..ouch. But worth it Just remember everyone have different levels of how much pain they can take. |
claremont: The ultimate sexual fantasy for most white ladies is to hold a big black c-ock, this is the sole reason they date black guys. I am immersed in a working environment populated by sex-starved white ladies, so I should know. . .No, it aint. |
But a 7year old? What is the story behind this? I have cried for the African countries more than one time.. I seem to put this up against the hunt for albinos for juju in my own head. So sad. |
Mcleo007: Thanks for the tip. By decent price, I never implied cheap.Good. Too many people do But; If you do find a very, very good salon that have a teachers-boy/girl doing tats for lower prices..go for it. IF that person makes a mistake, the one who train him/her will fix it later on. Takes longer time, though, but for me it was a good deal![]() |
kandiikane: Don't mind them. They think only the western people do tattoos and it's an abomination when many cultures in africa do tattoos. Then its good they have a white woman to educate them. ![]() |
