2800x1.92= 5, 376 carton price
22 x#5, 376= 118, 272

For 60x60 4pcs make a carton which is 1.44m²

3700x 1.44 = 5, 328 , carton price

5, 328 x 35cat = #186, 480

5320 x10 = 53, 280

Total = #412,032

Can you give a total estimate for this tiles on both Spanish and Naija tiles. That's why am a bit confused with carton / meter or square meter.

Spanish tiles is the best tiles and it has more high quality than any and also most expensive than good-will,royal tiles and china tiles.
Spanish have different dimension of quality tiles
- vitrified tiles
- porcelain tiles
- ceramic tiles

Please any suggestion/name for panel doors. I don't want to make mistake of buying one that will only last for months.

The quotation is a bit higher but not too much.

But at rotech building concept
We have another way of making this cast -in-situ
Concrete facial VERY CHEAP now by using Already made STEEL MOULD this will eliminate the PLANK by 90pec bcs we will still use few plank for the round top BEAM.

This will reduce your quotation by HALVE, YES and at the time taking to do it is also lesser

To cap it all you don’t need to plaster the parapet again bcs the final process will comes out neat.

Yes it’s called cast in-situ or semi cast in-situ.

We usually used already made steel formwork

.*This will eliminate the used of wood as formwork which will cost you a lot of money to do I.e cost of plank, cost of capenter, time etc.

* it’s also lighter in weight than the regular cast In-Situ one
* it required lesser materials like granite, shape sand, cement, reinforcement etc.
*it also fast to construct.
*it doesn’t requires plastering as the regular one, this also safe a lot of money.

Finally its about 40pec lesser than the regular cast in-situ.

This quotation is a bit ok but you can still negotiate for better rate.

More so I have what we called semi cast in-Situ which is very strong and lesser what we usually use is iron plate formwork.
