Investment / Re: Invest In Our Bakery Business by jamalee: 3:29pm On Aug 01, 2021 |
SEGLIZ:It's a startup, but it has been started on a micro scale level for 2 months ago and it has a healthy demand. We want to expand to other neighboring communities by competing with other competitors with price and branding. We purchase our ingredients at retail price and we need to purchase our ingredients at wholesales price so that we will be able to compete with price with quality products. This is how your investment will work; You give us a phone call or you put up your phone number here and we call you and meet and agree on a particular interest rate. If you wish to invest with us, you send in the money to our Bank Account or you give us by cash. |

Education / Re: What Can A Person Do With A Third Class Degree? by jamalee: 12:13am On Jan 13, 2021 |
whyteteeth:Hello my dear Brother. To me School education is a useless thing. Why I consider it as a useless thing is that it consume too much money that you cannot recoup within eight years of graduating(that means if you quickly secure a good job after graduating which is not 100% sure) and it also wastes someone's time; one can be spending 4 or 5 or 6 or 7 or even 8 years on campus before graduating. One of Robert Kiyosaki's book "Rich Dad Poor Dad"; in it, Rich Dad states that "Skills make you rich not theories". You tertiary institution Goers only read theories in School but the real practicals are on the Streets. You learn the real practicals by mingling with the big boys on the Streets. You learn how to make money on the Streets not in the four walls of classroooms. In a nut shell, what I am trying to say is that you should start a business for your; a business that is going to stand the test of time. Let your business name be easily pronounced and remembered. Create an eye catching logo for your business with tagline with nice theme or colour background and register your business name, logo, tagline with its colour scheme or background at the necessary governmental agencies in Nigeria, then you are good to go. Remember, Nestle, Paga, Dell, promassidor, Unilever,Addidas, Puma,MTN, Nokia, etc all started from somewhere. I want you to also remember that most of the World's richest people are either drop outs or that they don't attend School at all. 1 Like |

Religion / Re: Why Prophet Muhammad Come After Jesus by jamalee: 8:35am On Jan 04, 2020 |
Daniel058:Okay tell me, which religion is good? Christianity or Islam? 95.5% of you Christians don't really know about your religion. I don't want you to see me as a Discriminator, but if you see me in that way fine. Please Bros, have you ever read your Holy Bible from Genesis to Revealation? If you haven't, please do. You Christians don't have one believe unlike we Muslims that have. We pray five times daily, not six times. We perform thesame type of ablution, we recite thesame suratul fathia, we have only one type of salamo and so on like that. Islam is performed in only one way throughout the world and we only have one type or version of Holy Quran not you Christians that have different types and versions of the Holy Bible. In one version of the Holy Bible I read sometimes ago, there's a verse that support tithe and there's also another verse that against tithe. And another thing is that Redeem cannot worship in CAC, CAC cannot worship in Four Square, The Lord's Chosen cannot worship in Methodist, Methodist cannot worship in Cherubim & Seraphim, Cherubim & Seraphim cannot worship in Jeova Witness, Jeova Witness cannot worship in Christ Embassy, ECWA cannot worship in Emmanuel Church. What's the meaning of this? Are you not calling thesame Jesus Christ the Son of God? It shows that your religion has been rasmatized. We Muslims can pray in any Mosque we see around us; be it NASFAT, Quareeb, Nawairudeen, Ansarudeen, etc. There is still more to say. I want you to quote me right or wrong here... |
Politics / Re: PDP: Buhari’s New Year Message Is Uninspiring, Tasteless by jamalee: 8:13am On Jan 02, 2020 |
post=85423191:You people are just shoutin that PDP is not good. Which political party is good in Nigeria? Has APC make some differences like lowering school fees, acceptance fees in our tertiary institutions? Has APC lower the price of petroleum products? Has the price of food stuff go lower or lower a little bit in Nigeria? With this economic recession, APC still increase VAT. Where are the money EFCC and ICPC have been from 1999 since their inception. Who is fooling who in this country. In a nut shell, all our Politicians, Politica Parties are thesame. There is no difference. |
Business / Re: Inspirational Business Talks by jamalee: 7:43am On Jan 02, 2020 |
jamalee:The third category of people which is Business Owner. Business Owner are the people that actively involve in the business. They are occassionally active, but they are not active most of the time. They run their business on autopilot. They mount their Employees to positions they are good in it. And at times they outsource sensitive positions like customer care department to call centre agencies and they also hire Human Resource(HR) Expert to train their Employees from time to time. Companies of Business Owners are normally quoted on the Stock Exchange so that they will be able to sell shares to the public. Business Owners use other peoples money to grow their Companies. At least, one million shares will be assign to their Companies when it is quoted on the Stock Exchange. Smple calculation of it is this; if a Company sell it share for N100 per unit and it's been assign one million shares, the Company will be having N100,000,000 in startup capital and at the end of the year, dividends will be given to the Shareholders and at thesame time, the company itself will gain more capital base. This is how Business Owners make their money; they make their money by strategies. If you intend to go into business, try to have a Mentor. A Mentor that have passed through where you want to pass. Don't have a Mentor that is not a Doer; I mean a Mentor that will only be preaching business and not doing it. You can have a Millionaire Mentor or Billionaire Mentor or anybody that is doing business and he's or she's highly experienced in business. |
Business / Re: Inspirational Business Talks by jamalee: 7:13am On Jan 02, 2020 |
jamalee:Good morning everybody. The second category of people is Self-Employed. Self-Employed are the people that do their business themselves. They are referred to as "One Man Business". They earn their money by actively involve in their businesses. They won't earn money if they don't go to where they conduct their business. They give theirselves freedom since they don't have any Boss to query them. They are their own Boss. They dictate what to do and what not to for themselves. Examples of this category of people are Bricklayers, Recharge Card Printers and Sellers, Food Vendors, Painters, et al. |
Business / Re: Inspirational Business Talks by jamalee: 12:09pm On Jan 01, 2020 |
jamalee:Here we go... There are three categories of people in life. First is Employee, second is Self-Employed while the third one is Business Owner. Employee are the people receiving monthly salaries in a Company or Firm. You work very hard for you to be paid that salary. If you are absent for a day without any genuine and concrete reason(s), your salary will be deducted. You wake up as early as 4:00am or 5:00am heading to your office or working place and come back home late like 10:00pm or 11:00pm and at times 12:00am. This category of people continue this type of life cycle till they reach their retirement age(65) and if care is not taken, they will remain poor for the remaining of their lives. But if that Employee have had an entrepreneurship mindset before he or she started the monthly job, he or she will create business or businesses that will be able to stand the test time before he or she retires. I will be explaining the remaining two categories of people because I want to hang out and catch fun with my Platonic Friend just to celebrate the new year 2020. Thanks... |
Religion / Re: Antichristian Is Mentally Unbalanced Fellow, Christians Don't Argue With Him by jamalee: 7:38am On Jan 01, 2020 |
Maximus69:Bros, I like the way you analyze it. You are not some other Christians that are proofing what is not supposed to be proofed. Christianity nowadays has been rasmatized by some fake Pastors and Evangelists. If you take a look at a street now, you will see at least between twenty to thirty Pastors, Evangelists, Apostles, Reverend, Pastor Mrs. Claiming that they were called by Almighty God and this scene also happen in Islam. There so many young Muslim Clerics in town claiming Sheu, Sheik, Mukadam, Ustaz, Malim and these youn Muslim Clerics have not reached to that status. May Almighty God save us from these troubles of life. |
