it's under verification. Check back after 24hrs. Mine was the same but it showed their names and changed their status to verified after 24hrs.

I just left d laptop n then logged in with my phone. I had to input employees afresh n submitted at d end n it was successful. I was happy o. It's now showing captured

I am trying to verify acct details on my payroll myself before I upload n I just noticed that one of them the account has two means which she said it's d fault of the bank while the other bank that she opened her BVN bears three names n it's dormant. I feel it will affect d BVN verification. What do u think?

honestly it's worrying. my hubby staff two of them dont have bvn. they asked to provide their sibling to replace them. thats what we are doing. they will give them all details of the company to avoid stories in case they are calling. i just tire for them

since organisation account details, i used hubby direct account details and its verified already. now in the employee do i need to repeat his details there again? like in ur case, how did you do it?

then if no, the number of staff we are filling is 7 including him. so shld i fill only 6 staff or do i fill the space with someone else?

All my 10 employees have been verified, but only 9 of them have their names appears on the portal why the name of last employee on the list did not appear but verified.

And also the BVN of employer is showing INCOMPLETE, would it change to VERIFY later?

You really don't need this much columns.
How I did mine then: 1st column s/n, 2nd column Name of staff, 3rd column last 3 salaries of each staff, 4th column staff signature the last column is the accountant signature. That's all.

if I get u right, u joined the three last salary amount together?
