If you have problem Validating your bvn, I'm sure the issue is with the phone number you entered. It means your current phone number is different from the one registered on your BVN. what to do is to remember any previous numbers you have used and input it. It worked for me. I had to look for one number I used ten years ago, my first phone number, then I entered my present number as the Alternate number.


NOTE: I only know the old phone number, I don't have the Sim. Is it possible for me to retrieve that Old number, Just to avoid any story for the gods.

dont give up. i remember that i reduced the size of my documents. though before the reduction it wasnt up to the 200kb they claimed is d maximum but some were very close to it. like 175kb, 160kb so i made sure to bring them down to below 100kb. after this i tried n it went through. check urs too n see what u can do

you need d email you used during d first registration. after that you will validate your bvn n then you will update your details. during update you will be rwquired to upload your highest educational certificate, id, birth certificate, LGA identification, passport and nysc. after which you will submit. you can take your test on your dashboard as well

May be i will try it around 3am. when i submit i get reply "something went wrong, try again later" i will definitely try again in d early hours of tomorrow.
