Jobs/Vacancies / Re: Dangote Refinery: How Prepared Are You As A Job Seeker? by Jammy2012(m): 1:13pm On May 22, 2023
The author is absolutely right. I am a graduate of Applied Geophysics who took so much interest in Electronics. I am an embedded systems enthusiast with about 6 years experience in the field. I realised that sometimes you just have to keep learning and practicing. I did couple of Coursera courses for certificates. Since I have the experience already. The very day I posted on LinkedIn, I got a remote freelance job in India. It was a hope that keeps me moving. I am confident now that I can stand where any electronics engineering graduate can also stand. It is all about how much you love to know more about what you are passionate about, and how much you are willing to sacrifice.
I do freelance work for final year students when it comes to building electronics projects and projects write ups also. I have a GPS product I am selling. By God's grace, I'm start my instruments fabrication house very soon. I made my passion my profession, everyday is just play and not seen as work.

What’s your advice on girls raised by single mother

1. It is hard for women with issue of husband demise. This scenario could take toll on the female children especially. The woman who did not or could not marry will have to deal with responsibility in one way or the other; Some find a legit and paying job, some engage in promiscuity to feed the children (which means female children will also see promiscuity as a source of income as they come of age). The legit and working class single mother could have little or no monitoring capability over the children, especially the girl child. This girl child become a victim of the society remodeling. The society gives answers to her curiosity, rather than from the mother. The cycle will still continue from there.
2. Some single mothers become so bitter that they recruit their children into hating men and make them see their bodies as weapons of torture and extortion to men. These set of mother's manipulate their children into believing their fathers was/were bad men. They turn feminists overnight, knowing deep down that they don't have that happiness too. The funny and terrific thing is that, the psychology of the female children are now adjusted into believing that they can also have the capability of nurturing their children alone too without the help of a man. So, any little misunderstanding, is the last straw that break their Camel's back. They hardly tolerate male genders playing their roles as husbands and fathers. These children never knew what having a father feels like, they don't see the need for that with their children

So you prefer divorce?
Don't mind that guy or girl (because judgements S(he) passes are clouded by emotions rather than logic). S(He) finds it easy to call others' opinions bogus because those do not match his/her own drawn emotional curves. Let give it to him/her, S(he) could quote history, S(he) could give us cause and effects, but his/her conclusions are bereaved of progress or solutions. That could be a pointer of product of broken home. I know people do change, but often times we get to choose our life partners. That man that beat his wife too must have been a product of what we want to avoid; Divorce. We need these celebrities to be careful of the information they feed the young ones. I hope we see past the past 50 years statistics and provide solution for the next 50 years

You got time and I salute your patience.
At this stage of my life, I don't really have that luxury of time to tell someone what they need to do. If I sense that one is intelligent enough, I might give one or two hints and that will be all. It's left to them to take it or not. I really don't have the patience of giving advices randomly anymore....
Big ups to you on this
The effect will not be only to them. It might affect a whole lot of people. Some High school shooters in the West are just children forged in broken homes with degenerate psychological upbringing. Other families paid for most. They will end up like cancer in the society, they encroach and contaminate.

No Woman would want to stay in a Marriage that is life threatnening ,Terrible and could lead to Death.

What she said is right .
What she said is right, right? You will see a trend of women soon. They will start leaving marriages due to mood swings now. We Africans do too much. You know the influence these celebrities have on the society right? I don't want my children and grandchildren to go to school with high school shooters anytime soon. Divorce breed a lot of things. If it is life threatening, leave. But we Africans can even surprise the devil with the definition of life threatening marriage grin grin cheesy grin

It is the same useless divorce orientation in the immoral Europe that made their children made animalistic decisions which led us to LGBTQ today.

Their children with lack of parental guidance have pushed their society into LGBTQ through feminism. The useless Aisha yesufu should remove her ijab and divorce her husband if she refused to understand the important of strong family and it's effect on social integration
Tough times create strong men. Strong men create easy times. Easy times create weak men. Then weak men create tough times. It is a cycle bro

1. Open your eyes to the reality that is Nigeria today. The reason why the country is where it is today and why the youths are nothing compared to their peers in other countries has to do with the society and family over the last 50 years at least. What you see today is a culmination of trends in society and family over the last 50 years. We cannot afford to maintain the status quo as it is bad for all of us.

2. I prefer a future where individual happiness translates to societal happiness than one where we continue to put down the freedoms of some for the benefit of others. undecided

I understand your points clearly. But the adverse effects is what is brutal and will further push us into misery.
1. We will have new generation of children with anger management issue.
2. Children with little or no male figure in their lives.
3. Juvenile deliquencies will rise above the roof.
4. Happy society we assume we would see will only be for the camera.
5. Promiscuity will also rise above the roof.
6. Divorce is also another weapon that aids poverty (Just like the Northerners have seen), it creates weak men with shattered dreams. And weak men create difficult times.

I don't know what you've been through, but let's get past usage of emotions to make judgement rather than logic

This New Year, do yourself a favor, pick up and a read a book to help you gain what are critical reasoning skills. I recommend the book Being Logical, but any text that can help you hone your ability to reason logically will be a good place to start. undecided

Pin this point down bro. That shallow logical thought of yours doesn't get validation past this moment. grin I'm telling you effects in the next decade. I could deduce you can't see past your nose for now. I hope your children and grandchildren will be able to handle the reality of these silly logics.

USA and UK are suffering from this "norm" that woman is talking about. As black people, we know our own way of taking up trends is so different. We do too much. As if paternity fraud is not enough cancer in our cells, they want to add divorce to it. Our system cannot cater for the resonance effect of divorce and broken homes. Who will wife after one or after two as a bachelor? The effect will resonate on the society for so long in a very bad way. This will be at the detriment of women and children. Which means we are going to use our hands to create new generation of unhappy children and lonely women. If you have that mindset even before marriage, I will advise such a woman to get used to buying dogs, because they might die alone. sad Woke generation nonsense in the part of the World will just further plunge the society into depression and further misery. In this part of the world; no child support system, no split in half after divorce, and no special treatment from the government after divorce. All you will get is to die alone unhappy. I'm not saying people should die in marriage. But marriage is not about your feelings (or mood swings nonsense), it is about being an adult and putting in efforts to fix situations that can be fixed. I foresee community of deadbeat parents and baby mamas.
