Don't deceive yourself all those information been given concerning second batch list is not true. I don't know where Marvel got such information because there was never a time second batch being mentioned by DPR management it was in this group you brought up second batch. Am close to DPR and if I tell you something believe. I repeat once again there is no second batch.

Marvel just gather in gather information from the group put it together and dish it out for you guys. The guy doesn't have any information for him to say there is second batch.

To shock you guys those ones that resume last year not yet done with their recruitment process am not saying they haven't be posted even they have been collecting salary since last year but they just being called for another training some weeks back that has to do with recruitment process.

This would be my final post here, but will come around in December when the next recruitment might have kickstarted.
As many of you know, I'm just a new entrant without a rope talk-less of a string to pull. I'm however able to source info being in the HR function. Now, this was what I found out from a source whose reliability is not in doubt.
- Letters dispatched on Thursday have gotten to their destinations and successful ones already contacted. (Undoubtedly the merit has lost this one)
- The curtain has now fallen on the 2016 DPR recruitment, however there is another opportunity lurking by December. Do not feel discouraged to give it another shot
Now I feel really saddened and wish I could make it right, but I guess this is how much I can go. Take this as an experience to learn that sometimes you have to make it happen for yourself. We now come again in December.
Nigeria would work again!

The guy isn't asking of a total call off the guy is only trying to connect his brain with his emotions rather than relying on just emotions

He asked for a halt giving reasons that are now tenable which he wasnt privy to earlier on.

I appeal to you all to halt this protest for now because of 2019 budget that will be effective from July 'next month', it might be the reason why DPR has not placed calls on lucky applicants. Please let's give them some time rather than embarking on protest that will jeopardize their reputations.

For anyone who understands how government works this exactly why the resumption date is late july...

Moreover even those who were called by dpr last year did not resume until almost after 3 months or more...

rather look for facts understand proceedings people ride on just emotions and absolutely nothing more

This is likely true. That's the Top Management Committee (TMC) meeting I was told has to happen to debrief certain key personnel about the progress of the recruitment and also deliberate on issuing of APLs. I was also told it will hold this week. Marvel also made reference to it in his recent post.

Heard from a fellow hopeful that there is a meeting today by 11am centred on APL issuance but she's not sure of the credibility of the source anyone heard anything similar or contrary please?

People want to protest on just on the basis that they applied or just on emotions and nothing more no fact nor figure! and coupled with the fact that there have been a released list already where people have resumed already...



Well... am not against it who knows it could be fruitful...

But it would have made a very big sense if we have a substantial and substantive proof to back up the protest...

All these ones guys are saying about 2012 DPR recruitment and Immigration in those cases no single list was released nor anyone called to resume...

But in this case list have been released people have being issued application letter and have resumed...

So the only justification for any meaningful protest now is a concrete evidence that the numbers haven't been filled or that federal character was damaged or something else...
