I have had a case with Airtel , l wanted doing a transfer but erroneously did a top up to a phone number, they kept asking for many details till l let them be. You will sell in bits as they told you. That's if you have ever had a transfer code or you set it up, it is not easy meddling with those customer care people anyway.You can as well find out the palm pay people are suggesting.
