The US military has identified the first four American soldiers who have been killed since the conflict with Iran began.

They were identified as:

Captain Cody A Khork, 35, of Winter Haven, Florida
Sergeant 1st Class Noah L Tietjens, 42, of Bellevue, Nebraska
Sergeant 1st Class Nicole M Amor, 39, of White Bear Lake, Minnesota
Sergeant Declan J Coady, 20, of West Des Moines, Iowa

Israel arrests four accused of ‘supporting the enemy’

The Israeli police have announced the arrest of four people from Hebron in the occupied West Bank accused of supporting Iran during the ongoing war.

The individuals – three men and one woman – face charges including “words of praise, sympathy, encouragement of violent acts, and support or identification with a hostile organisation,” said Israeli police.

It said one of the detainees is a legal adviser with the Palestinian Authority who shared a social media post praising the late Iranian leader Khamenei.

Israel Katz says the Israeli military will attempt to kill any Iranian leader appointed to succeed Khamenei.

“Any leader appointed by the Iranian terror regime to continue leading the plan to destroy Israel, threaten the US and the free world and the countries of the region, and oppress the Iranian people, will be an unequivocal target for elimination,” Katz said in a statement.

“It does not matter what his name is or where he hides,” he said.

Katz went on to say that Israel will continue to act with the US to destroy Iran’s capabilities and “create the conditions for the Iranian people to overthrow” their government.

Fact! This is not even a full fledged war. US and Israel are only hitting selected targets to pave way for possible regime takeover. If not, everything in Iran would have gone flat.

Chinese FM tells Israeli counterpart Beijing opposes strikes on Iran

China’s Foreign Minister Wang Yi told his Israeli counterpart Gideon Saar that Beijing opposes military strikes on Iran in a phone call, state media reports.

Beijing, a close partner of Tehran, has called for a ceasefire and condemned the killing of Iran’s Ayatollah Ali Khamenei as a “serious violation”.

Speaking to Saar, Wang stayed clear of outright condemnation and said China advocated resolving issues through “dialogue and consultation”, according to state news agency Xinhua.

“The recent Iran-US negotiations were making obvious progress … Regrettably, this process has been interrupted by gunfire,” Wang said.

Reiterating Beijing’s opposition to the US-Israeli military strikes, Wang said, “Force cannot truly solve problems. Instead, it will only bring new problems and severe aftereffects.”

“China calls for an immediate halt to military operations to prevent the conflict from further spreading and getting out of control,” he added.

At least 40 killed, 246 wounded in Lebanon since Monday

At least 40 people have been killed and 246 wounded in Israeli attacks on Lebanon on Monday and Tuesday, a spokesperson for Lebanon’s Health Ministry said.
