We have made our choice already, Accord has won, before i went to bed yesterday Accord was already leading in more than 15 local governments, Ibarapa, Ona Ara, Oluyole, Akinyele, Ibadan north, Saki west, two local government in Oyo town i can't remember there names, basically Accord won majority of the Local governments in Ibadan with an exception of some few ward's and Accord is leadin in both Oke Ogun and Oyo town seriously if anybody thought Ibadan people are one way traffic just because we massively voted for Gen Buhari, I will tell the person " Ibadan lomo O mo layii po". Sen Rasheed Adewolu Ladoja is back and the state shall witness Joy and Prosperity once again.

The Lagos State governorship candidate of the
Peoples Democratic Party, Mr. Jimi Agbaje, says
he will accept defeat in good faith if he loses the
election.

Agbaje’s major contender, Mr. Akinwunmi Ambode,
is the governorship candidate of the ruling party in
Lagos, the All Progressives Congress.

According to the PDP candidate, election should
not be a do-or-die affair.

Agbaje said, “There is no attitude about it when it
comes to offering yourself to serve the people. If
they say they prefer the other candidate, then you
have to accept it in good faith. That is
sportsmanship.”

Agbaje arrived at his polling unit ─ 009 Douala,
Apapa ─ around 10am with his wife, but it took six
attempts for the card reader to recognise his
fingerprint.

Speaking on the experience, he said, “During the
last polls, the card reader worked like magic for
me. But today, it was at the sixth attempt that the
card worked.

“But that could be a problem in high density areas.
The process could drag on if the machines do not
work properly.”

CHUKWUDI and BARCANISTA were so ashamed of
GEJ defeat that they
decided to disguise themselves so as not to be
recognized.CHUKWUDI disguised himself as a
monk and
was walking on the street when suddenly an old
lady walked up to him and said "CHUKWUDI how

na?". CHUKWUDI was so surprised that he ran
away
annoyed that the old woman could recognize him
despite his disguise.

Disappointed, he went home and dressed as a
pregnant woman, again he bumped into the same

Musiliu Obanikoro, has won his polling unit,
PU013, Gerard/Alexander road, Ikoyi.
The candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party,
PDP, Jimi Agbaje scored 50 votes while Akin
Ambode of All Progressives Congress, APC, had 48
votes.
In the State House of Assembly polls, PDP won 63
votes while APC had 33 votes

A former Governor of Lagos State, Asiwaju Bola
Tinubu, says there is little or no police presence in
areas which the Peoples Democratic Party is
considered to be strong in Lagos.
Tinubu, who is a National Leader of the All
Progressives Congress, said this while addressing
journalists at Sunday Adigun Street, Alausa, where
he voted on Saturday.
The former governor alleged that the PDP-led
Federal Government had relegated the
Commissioner of Police, Mr. Kayode Aderanti, to
the level of an area commander just because the
party had ulterior motives.
He said rather, the controversial Assistant
Inspector-General of Police, Mr. Joseph Mbu, was
the one acting as the Commissioner of Police for
the elections.
He said, “The alarming issue now is the
inconsistencies and lack of police presence in
areas of their own boasting. They announced
Monday last week that the AIG has been assigned
to supervise the elections. Yesterday (Friday), we
heard the CP has been relegated to an area
commander and the AIG is now a Commissioner of
Police in charge of the election.
“From that, you smell rats. It is not good enough
for confidence building. If there is no written order,
it should not be possible for anybody, no matter
how highly placed, to make an oral posting of the
police or the army.”
Tinubu condemned the spate of violence in the
South-South geo-political zone, saying it was
barbaric.
He said it was violence and threats of such that
might have caused a low voter turnout in several
parts of the country.
Tinubu added, “We have to remove violence from
our politics. Election is about people and service, it
is not a process of gun, war and violence. It is
power by all means that is the cause of the
violence and we have to remove that and allow the
process to function and nurture the process of
democracy, respect the rule of law and lives and
property of Nigerians.
“The attempt to be governor or control states
should come from the people’s sovereignty; the
right of the people to choose their own leaders.”
The former governor commended the Independent
National Electoral Commission for the smooth
process of accreditation, saying it would boost
voter confidence
