DONLEKAN: If I tell you my story you go pity me. Sometimes in late 2013 I bought 1 million unit of transcorp at around N1.2. When it got to 1.8 I sold it thinking I had enough profit only for transcorp to rise to 5.4 in 3 weeks. Bought plenty Oando just after COP deal at over N30 only for it to retrace back. Bought so many stocks sometimes at cheap prices. It will just stay there until I sell. Bought FBNH just after election at N10, look where I am now.
Bought millions of Unity Bank. See my life after re-construction!!!.
In short, e be like say den dey follow me. I believe i dey misfire due to lack of info. My cousins made millions from stocks pre 2008 because he had a trader friend who gave him vibes before everyone knew about it. That is what I need now. I know some people knew about this UBA before it became public knowledge.
If una no tell me wetin dey I go join babalawo (na joke) dey consult oracle on top NSE. WRONG CHOICES though not your fault sha |

Duru1: It is unfortunate a dunce such as you does not know how to hide your ignorance. There is one dominant culture in USA and it is English. You can wallow in delusion all year long, you still cannot make a sense. I normally dont reply. Firstly go and check the meaning of culture. We are not talking about language. The only people with English culture are in England. Now to America. The whites have a culture that is the different from the Hispanics. The blacks also have their culture. Asian Americans do not share same culture with the whites. American culture isn't English culture. |

QuotaSystem: Even the same Ghana is made up of separate tribes e.g Ashanti and they also must make alliances with others to elect their President.
The truth is that the much touted and counter-productive republican nature of Ibos generally makes it hard for them to stoop to conquer and make concessions, which is why you think it's a death sentence to 'go through a Hausa or Yoruba man' to elect a President; something the other over 250 tribes do easily without feeling inferior. The Ibo politics of hate doesn't help either. Yet they want to conquer all other tribes in Niger Delta to form Biafra. Nothing wrong for an Ibibio or Ijaw or Ogoni to go through Igboman to become president of Biafra? But something is wrong if Igbos need Yorubas or Hausa to become president |

zendy: Let me explain this way. Ghana is one of the largest countries in West Africa, in terms of population, with 28 million people and recently had a new president. The Igbos are a tribe of over 40 million people. Now as an Igbo man, I am wondering why I have to go through a Yoruba or Hausa man before I elect my leader? Because we are 'one Nigeria'? Who made us one? Lord Lugard the British thief? I think the loss of GEJ was a stark reminder that Igbo sovereignty is being stolen in the name of Nigeria. How can people still be dictating to a tribe of over 40 million people who their president will be? As an Igbo man I am angry, but not because GEJ lost, but because I know that should not be in the same country with Yorubas and Hausas still dragging who will be president Nigeria is not the only multiple ethnic country. Almost all countries in sub Saharan Africa are. Congo has over 500 Ethnic groups. Even America is a multi cultural society. Obama won last election by wooing blacks and Hispanics. So my dear learn how to form alliances. By the way if I may ask, if you dont need to be in same country with Yorubas and Hausas why do you need their money? Igbos are scattered all over Nigeria doing one business or the other in Hausa and Yoruba lands collecting their Naira.why? |

Election they say is a game of numbers. Alliances are needed to win any election in Nigeria. It is nobody's birthright to be voted any person or group. SW,NW,NC,NE, decided to vote for Buhari while SE and SS devided to vote for Jonathan, all these based on personal convictions. While everybody seemed to have moved on, the Igbos are still angry with everybody that decided not to vote for Jonathan. Can somebody explain why? |

Giyerte: 200Level THEATRE ART UNIPORT student slumps to death in Her bathroom as a result of UPTH non-availability of BEDSPACE for Admission... A 200 Level student from the department of theatre and film studies just died after she slumped in her hostel. Students blame it on the University of Port Harcourt Teaching Hospital. Says they lacked incompetence ..The story so far... She slumped in her bathroom this morning and was rushed to the hospital at 5:30 am, but she wasn't admitted because a wicked Nurse there said there was no bed space. Her name is Kelechi Ndulagwa and according to our sources, she died out of lack of oxygen. A wicked world indeed..may her soul RIP.. Politics › Why Buhari Must Spread His Appointments Across All Geopolitical Zones by jarkbauer(op): 8:02am On Aug 29, 2015 |
Most people who see nothing wrong in Buhari's pattern of appointments are not being sincere with themselves. In as much as what really matter are competence and performance, one can not ignore the fact that most Nigerians see themselves first as their tribes before being Nigerians. I can not doubt nor confirm the competence of those appointed but I know tribal interests will play a role in these aspects
1 Their immediate staff 2 Recruitment into the agencies they head
Now Fast forward to 2019 you will likely have more new employee from one section of the country than others.
Gone are the days when you go to a govt agency and you will not see a single person in suit, they are all in Jalabias Gone are the days after Network News On NTA from the newscaster to the messenger is either mohammed or aisha or umar or farouk or even a Buhari |
