I read that Permanent voters card, drivers licenses, IDs, and even passports have to be picked up at office. Its odd that Nigeria has a postal service but the government doesn't patronize them. The expense would be factored in the cost. It would make consumers lives easier if they dont have to come twice.

Why isn't the government mailing these documents already?

Chief plz what do I do? I ran into a heavy flooded area with my car my car Lexus es330 and unfortunately my exhaust drank most of the water now my exhaust is filled with water that on acceleration so much water comes out from the exhaust tail pipe. I'm worried about the condition of my cat, to make things worst the sound of my engine is not the same again. Not like the current sound is bad but it's no longer soundless as it used to be.
Plz what do I do chief?
