Exactly. I ignored this thread for a long time. I got many mentions - people asking for info. I reluctantly went back to my contacts - to personal discomfort. I posted their responses here and forgot about here again.

Few days later, one of them, who is highly connected, called me, without me asking, and provided info for me. I dropped here immediately and published on our website. What we published went farther than we anticipated and caused serious issue in the system.

I have suffered personal loss from this - relationship breakdown with my 3 sources. And one random troll here is spewing gibberish.

My own definition of accuracy would have been about specific date and timelines. So if your source thinks you actually said something that you shouldn't have, then I think it goes beyond what you posted on your website. My 2 cents though

I kinda understand that it could have led to serious issues. Every organisation prices secrecy amongst other things. If they were trying to close the recruitment and it was leaked, they would have to go back to the table and consider other things that could have been leaked (apart from this recruitment) and the future potential of leakage in the organisation. It can be a serious issue. Like how some organisations make their staff sign a non disclosure agreement.

I think what Jarus cannot say is the fact that him putting out that info could have triggered those lawmakers with interest into wanting to probe NNPC for that 396 million dollars issue. My speculation would be that maybe they were not given sufficient slot and so they were out for bad blood when they started getting info that APL will be released. just a thought though
