A federal university situated in Awka could have sprung development, but no. No tourist will spend his cash to visit Anambra. Investors are mainly indigenous people, and their manufacturing factories and head offices are in Lagos or China. So where is the brain? The market has no roads, no roofs nor standard built shops. What I saw was cubicles and litters all over the places.

Anyhooz, I'll try to break this down as possible.
pray to God harder, pouring ur heart to him and get busy with your life. Whenever you feel the urge, you must spring up to something that takes your body n mind far away from sexual thoughts. Porn, debauchery lifestyle, immoral friends or hangout, licentious discussions etc should be dreaded. Stop staring at women, try outdoor activities like saving stray dogs LOL. Engage in nature/community development campaign. Cycling can help. Whenever u feel the urge, grab a bike or workout hard. Get on the dance floor or gym n work that body the positive way. Set goals for your body/self like achieving 6packs ,building 10 inches biceps, Widening your shoulders before February.
I used to do yoga, stretches, learning new dance steps, working out in the gym, rumba dancing and trying out unachievable stunts done by Olympiads to get away from some of my funny habits. My friend, who is a therapist recommended a few and I supplemented. I don't believe in going to the rehab, I would have sent u there lol, kidding. 13 years is almost 5000 ejaculations lol. I corroborate, though the part of steaming your heat on Timaya is digressional. It was the choice/fault of the officer to drive the car. Timaya, I believe, doesn't even know the law or understand how degrading that pic was. firstly, I was born of sin, but growing up to learn about my God opened my eyes in many ways. Fornication is a serious sin, bro. 1 Corinthians 6:18 explains that every other sin is committed outside the body, but fornication. It goes a long way to shedding the light that you desire. Our body is the temple in which God actuates, now when we pollute it with sin of that nature, that sins against our own body, where then can God reside?
