Brother I do not have time to discuss such rubbish. PDP had such programmes. In fact, all regimes in Nigeria had such programmes but none was followed. So in essence, that does not give you the right to say this regime is better than other in terms of anything . Rather, it is the worst since the inception of Nigeria
