The logic is still the same even in human dealings . For example , a man who steals a car and gets caught , will get sentenced to jail . That same jail sentence is also given to murderers ,paedophiles, rapist and all sorts or misfits who break the law.

In essence, as it is with man , so it is with God . So basically , all who sin against God will be punished in hell irrespective of the magnitude of their offenses.
