My brother, if you love yourself and your life, you will listen to the advice I have to give you , especially as people here will be shouting "rehabilitation " as if it is a permanent solution.

And if you want to argue this , let me tell you categorically that drug addiction is not something people easily recover from on their own effort. In fact , I have seen many cases of people who have gone through rehab over 5 times and still ended up dead or worse off from drug overdose. A fine example would be the late Whitney Houston )

So enough of this digression, let's get to the solution:

1.Go on your knees(now) and repent from all sins you have committed knowingly and unknowingly asking Jesus to help you .

2. Go and get yourself a bible

3 .Make it a habit of being prayerful, especially during the time when the urge comes upon you.

4. Find bible-believing people to share your case with and if possible, get closer to them through sincerity and repentance

5 . People will mock you , hear me again , people will mock you and doubt your sincerity, but ignore them and keep your eye and trust on God and He will surely deliver you.

That is not true . I know people who do not believe in God ,grace or destiny that are making waves in life . Hard work and diligence is a universal law that applies to all even if you do not believe in God

I am not doubting you, many factors are involved here: geographical location - what if it's not conducive atmosphere for commerce; course - I don't know what you studied, but some courses demand extra attention, individual difference - everybody can't be you, you are unique, not everyone can do that, it maybe your gift. Also our intellectual apprehension is not the same. Many factors are in play, it's only for who can.

Let me not sound like a motivational speaker , but hear me clearly: we all are born under the same sun with the same allotted hours in a day. And to me , that means we have equal opportunities to be what we want irrespective of the stations we find ourselves in life.

[/s] That is laziness talking. Mr, I paid my school fees when my own parents told me they had different plans for my life. In fact, they literally abandoned me to my fate , but God , in His infinite mercies was my support . And to His glory , I graduated from something I enjoyed doing . And guess what? They(my parents ) were very proud to hear that I finished and pursued my goals without their assistance. It even made them confident to see me as an example to my younger ones
