Grammy Awards Redesign Policies To Avoid Rigging.

Washington, May 2 (Prensa Latina) Following recent allegations of corruption to anonymous voting experts, organizers of the Grammy Awards redesigned their policies to prevent rigging.

As announced by organizers, its voting members- which run into thousands- would instead select coming

January 2022´s nominations and winners, in order to break away from the old voting procedure that has been notoriously complex, with committees made up of 15-30 ¨highly-skilled peers¨ having the final say in 72 categories.

The controversy arose last year, as the Canadian singer The Weeknd was snubbed in this year´s nominations, despite a hit single After Hours that spent a record-breaking 52 weeks in the US top 10.

Last year, the then-chief executive of the Recording Academy, Deborah Dugan, claimed to have evidence of 'serious' irregularities in the voting.

Her claims came after she was placed on administrative leave following allegations of misconduct, although she said it was in retaliation for speaking up.

Stars such as Zayn Malik and Halsey had claimed the selection process was unfair and lacked transparency.

He later clarified he was concerned 'about the need for inclusion and the lack of transparency of the nomination process', saying the current system 'allows favouritism, racism, and networking politics to influence the voting'.

In a press release, the Recording Academy, a not-for-profit organization, detailed that new changes will be implemented for forthcoming edition so as to guarantee that 'the rules and guidelines of the Grammy Awards are transparent and fair.'

Despite aforementioned conflicts, the 2021 Grammy Awards underwent a renewal by recognizing the work of women such as Taylor Swift, Beyoncé, Billie Eilish, Dua Lipa, Tiara Thomas, Megan Thee Stallion, Lady Gaga, Ariana Grande, Natalia Lafourcade, Brittany Howard, among others, who claimed the role of women in the industry.

Calling Sub- Zero or Bi-han a D class character depend on the characters that you are comparing him to.
In the mortal Kombat universe he is one of the most powerful characters in that particular franchise.

Now comparing him to the likes of Superman, Wonder woman, Supergirl Martian man hunter, Flash etc you might call him a D class character against those character.

So it depends on who you put up against him.
but in his universe the dude is more powerful compared the likes of Jax, Sonya, Cole etc.

Accountability is top-notch.
Under some presidents, the rich gets richer, while the poor gets prison.
Not under Buhari.
The resources of the country are for the people of the country.
Greatest good to the greatest number of people.
The last administration (we won't and can't stop talking about them, never!) sat over resources in billions of dollars.
Oil prices hit $140 dollars per barrel under their watch, and stabilized at about $100-110 for a number of years. They met our foreign reserves at $62 billion.
When they left, it was just $29.6, yet oil prices had hit the rooftops.
What happened? Thievery.

Prudence. Transparency. Resourcefulness. Accountability.
Would we have exchanged this type of government for another?

Still talking of accountability, you must have heard of the billions and trillions of naira that accrued to government from agencies like Customs, Federal Inland Revenue Service, NIMASA, JAMB, and many others in recent times.
These agencies are not newly created.
So, what happened to revenues they made in the past? Your guess is as good as ours.
Will we then leave terra firma for terra incognita?

Because an accountable man is in the driver's seat, the virtue is now flowing downwards.

That movie is 4hrs, do not download something you'll regret. Most folks complaining about the movie either downloaded low quality or marvel fans. 700mb for a 4hrs movie is poor!

Good morning. please I flashed my infinix hot 4 recently. since then airtel sim is not browsing on it. As in no airtel sim is browsing on it. I can make calls and receive text messages on the airtel sim but its not showing the network icon. Other sims are working and browsing on it too. What can be the problem.
