[quote author=dainformant post=34480479] When the name Elder Peter Godsday Orubebe is heard, what comes to the minds of Nigerians is an embarrassing one -after the PDP stalwart made a shocking move in disrupting collation of results on live TV after the presidential elections.

The former Nigerian minister was looking all reformed and refined as he celebrated his 56th birthday which is today (June 6) in God's presence with his elegant twin sister Esther Orubebe. He marked the special occasion with an all night service at Glory Sanctuary, Delta state, on Friday -as family, friends and well wishers came to felicitate with both of them (Orubebe and his twin).

Romance / Re: Why Do Guys Find It Hard To Resist The Temptation Of Sex? by Jasperwhizz(m): 10:32pm On Jun 04, 2015
clevvermind:
many guys including myself find it hard to resist the temptation of sex. we can't just resist the pussy. if many guys in nairaland were Joseph in the bible, they would have devoured portiphars' wife pussy without looking back.

that was how one of my church babe came to my place for a visit and we ended up in bed after using my sugar coated tongue to lure her because i want her pussy. she was dressing seductively and i can't just resist it. i have to find a way to get under her pant and i got it. i don't know why I couldn't resist her seduction. guys always find it hard to resist such temptation. the question is why is it so? grin
WHY IS IT...? IS UTTER UNHELPFUL, IF ONE PRAY AGAINST IT ONE WOULD PASS IT. Joseph pass it and GOD favour him Psalm 105:17-19, he was tested by GOD and he pass... it took self-cautious and prayer, pray against the ill-desire and you will overcome sexual immorality and seductress, do remember premarital sex is sin.
Romance / Re: $ex And Love: 5 $ex Positions Both Men And Women Love by Jasperwhizz(m): 10:18pm On Jun 04, 2015
[quote author=Faba post=34422421]$ex is no more a jump in, pump and orgasm experience
as football is kick a round leather and win.

No, $ex is an art for those who want to really enjoy the
experience – learning how to make the body release its
locked-in pleasures.

Like every other thing, it gets boring when it turns into
a predictable routine, which is why you and your lover
should always try new $ex positions, locations and
ideas from time to time.

Here are 5 positions that both men and women enjoy:

1. Spooning. This is a very lazy and intimate $ex
position. It works well when you are both feeling
lazy and affectionate.

2. Woman on Top. This $exy position puts the woman in
the driver’s seat, allowing the women to take control
while the man has a wonderful view of all the woman’s
curves.

SPEAK SOMETHING EDIFYING SIR. sexual immorality is sin 2Peter 2:6-18.

The past 3 girlfriend I had dumped me because I refused to do the thing with them. I'm from a very responsible family and I had a covenant with God not to have sex until marriage. I have been good to those girls , buys them lots of gift cos I'm on 3 scholarships. The day I went to the home of my 2nd gf, we were all alone in the house, she kept touching me but I didn't make a move. This infuriated her. The next day I called her, she keeps busying my calls. She dumped me just like that. My last gf came to my room at school the other day and I cooked for her, entertained her very well but when she showed green light , I rejected it. I have been calling her since then but she doesn't pick my calls. They all say that I'm not a man. pls what should I do to keep a good girl into a relationship? I think I am a failure when it comes to relationships. candid advice needed

From Nigeria to the world

Please join us as we celebrate this masterpiece from a Nigeria as it clock 10years today.

Congratulations Mr.Seun Osewa.WE DID IT.

Nairaland is an online community created by Seun Osewa in March 2005. It is targeted at Nigerians.

Nairaland currently has over 1,300,000 registered accounts (March 2015), and is ranked as the 7th most visited site in Nigeria (and the most visited indigenous site) according to Alexa.com.[4][5][6] Nigeria reportedly has over 55 million Internet users,[7] corresponding to 32.9% of the entire population. With Nairaland having a considerable but unconfirmed number of users based in diaspora, this statistic suggests that a maximum 3% of Nigerian Internet users are registered on Nairaland compared to Facebook's 11 million Nigerian users which corresponds to approximately 20% of the Internet population.[8] Nairaland, however, does have a considerable number of unregistered users, as registration is only necessary for posting. Figures published by Nairaland in June 2013 suggest that they had 6,845,453 unique visitors from 16,668,654 visits. and 60,031,356 pageviews in the 30 days of that month.[9]

2014 down period
Following a successful hacking attempt, Nairaland went offline briefly on the 22 June 2014.[10] The hackers were able to get access to the website's host server and backup, and maliciously deleted all its content. Three days later, it was back online after some data had been recovered from a remote backup.[11] However, data from 10 January 2014 through the date of the attack was lost
THANK GOD! Longlife Nairaland! Pray my dream Sites and dream Christian site flourish IJN AMEN.
Romance / Re: Would Relationships Survive If "Sex" Was Removed by Jasperwhizz(m): 12:56pm On Mar 07, 2015
missjenna:
A lot of people would testify that sex is indeed a crucial catalyst for relationship growth. Both in budding relationships, courtship and marriages
Its natures generous gift, which when opened releases pleasurable and ecstatic feelings, catapulting both participants to new realms of romance

But what of if this act of love making wasn't in existence in the first place.
Let forget about the past and bring this home to our current social setting.

Its an obvious fact that in our present social society, sex is a very critical factor in the formation and breakdown of most relationships
Women have left their lovers for others all in the name of sex. Most couples have ignored all negative behavioral traits exhibited by their partners just because of the rare sexual satisfaction they obtain when they indulge in intercourse.

So to my question again.
What if this precious element was erased form the table of "relationship"
What if their was nothing like "'sex''?
Would relationships still stand. Will couples still experience "love".
Would the rate of celibacy increase?
Would humans still decide to spend the rest of their lives with the opposite gender?

As for me, I think the famous titanic disaster
of that fateful April morning on the deep seas of cold Atlantic would be a mere fiasco, if compared to the rate at which most relationships and marriages would capsize

So Nairalanders, what do you think?
Would relationships and marriages still stand?
Would you still love and continue with your partners?
sex does not mean. WHEREAS, GOD WARNS US OF PREMARITAL SEX. Hebrew 13:4.

For the Guys...

10 THINGS YOU LL REALISE ONCE YOU DECIDE TO SETTLE
DOWN

1). #500 na money

2). Swags, looks and Americana accents don't pay bills. No more need to pretend you have money when you don't. You Have To Have It !!!

3). Love is not all and only thing to consider in choosing a wife, contrary to what we thought.

4). In life, what matters is WHO KNOWS YOU and not, WHOM YOU KNOW.

5). Nothing compares to saving good money in the bank.

6). A lady's beauty is in her brains.

7). Relax!... Having Sex would finally be a 'job' that you ll one day be running away from.

8 ) Girls are plenty but wives are scarce.

9). Acting to impress a girlfriend is as useless as the 'ueue' in 'Queue'.

10). That you need God like never before.
THANK GOD! You are right.

Education / Re: Mummy Cried: Nsukka Boy’s Presidential Scholarship Story From London University by Jasperwhizz(m): 1:09pm On Mar 04, 2015
Kola4uniadgog:
by Chibuike Ugwuoke

As a youngster, I had a dream to study abroad but the truth is, dreams are luxuries that can only be accessed when there is money.

My name is Chibuike Ugwuoke was born and bred in Enugu State twenty-something years ago to a very modest family. Even though I wouldn’t say we were poor because we had neighbours that prayed to live in our condition, I knew schooling abroad was reaching for the stars. We simply couldn’t afford it.

I gained admission to study Computer Science at the University of Nigeria, Nsukka in 2007 and by God’s grace, graduated in 2011 with First Class Honours. It was a challenging experience but helped me become the man I am today.

Last year, I left Nigeria for the first time – to begin my Masters of Science (MSc) program in Information Security at the University College, London (UCL). It wasn’t because my parents had become overnight millionaires but because I was one of two hundred and five (205) graduate students to benefit from the PRESSID (Presidential Scholarship Scheme for Innovation and Development) awardees in 2014.

A senior lecturer at the university informed me about it but I felt it was one of those 419 wayo-wayo scholarship schemes that has become a norm in Universities. Besides, I did not expect the final selection process to be credible. In previous regimes, such things are only awarded to people who are related to a prominent person in the government. Somehow I decided to try my luck and apply but even when I was going for the final test phase in Abuja, a part of me felt I was wasting my time.

I’m here in London, but neither the cold nor the fact that I am again the class representative as I was throughout my undergraduate days has made me fully believe that I am not in dreamland.

Hardwork, determination and resilience helped me graduate with first class honours from the university. My classmates who fondly nicknamed me ‘Modulus’ and other schoolmates I met form part of my network of friends today, as do some of my lecturers. There is no point in criticizing the academic structure of most tertiary institutions in Nigeria because the more we complain and point fingers, the more time we give for the system to decay. Personally, I have decided to be part of the needed change and will become a lecturer when I return.

It is imperative to note that this would not have been possible without God and the Goodluck Jonathan administration that initiated this scheme in 2012. I cannot thank you enough, Mr. President especially for lifting a burden from my parents’ shoulders and for fulfilling the dream of a nobody.

When I was notified that I had gotten the scholarship, the first thing I did was to call my elderly mother and tell her. She cried on the phone and I cried along with her. There are few things in this world that beat the tears of joy of a happy woman. Thank you, Mr. President.
