@Sheboss I don't think that July/August is feasible. If you look at NYSC past timetables and Timeline, it will give u an idea of whenever Batch B will be.

Of course not. They were ask to source for Forex at secondary market, but a benchmark of 285 will be used, irrespective of whether they can get it higher or lower than that rate.

199 is CBN rate. CBN has said it does not have enough Forex to provide for importers, so they have to go source for Forex at secondary market at that 285
