The differential is negligible to be candid since it could genuinely be down to extenuating circumstances beyond his/her control
However, 6pm turning into 10PM is quite alarming and as such demands valid explanations |

UjSizzle: What do you mean by "pays equally"? perhaps the employer matches the employees contribution Besides, is pension the best assured long term investment plan? Though it's probably the cheapest investment with respect to projected income upon maturity but the risks especially in an unstable economy is just too big to ignore |

Mcowubaba: U have a point.. Then about using Igbo. 1. Some igbos are not very fluent in writing the language You should then question their ability to apply judget on the subject matter. Why should anyone with no iota of clue about the Igbo language and/or culture comment on the Biafra struggle? Mcowubaba: 2. I hope you know about google translator, eventhough we type in Igbo, a non-igbo person can easily translate it nd know what we are talking about I clearly stated that the census/poll is for Igbos on 'Nairaland Forum' I don't want to redirect anybody to any site The final result will be within an acceptable error margin even with they using google translator. I can’t imagine anyone with no interest whatsoever going through the stress of interpreting stuff just so they can troll Mcowubaba: I know this survey is subject to bias....but I that was the best I could think of !! No point conducting a survey that will almost certainly be skewed to validate a questionable notion |
Politics › Re: FOR IGBOS ONLY (nairaland Forum Biafra Census) by jaybee3(m): 2:32pm On Aug 27, 2015 |
Mcowubaba: What's ur opinion ? First and foremost, your questions ought to be in Igbo. This will hopefully weed out some of us that aren't igbo and in turn ensure true participation in the exercise You also have to move away from using like methodology for scoring. You should can either adopt an online poll where votes are restricted to single entries OR encourage people to state their preference in igbo on this thread (tasking but a lot better in ensuring quality of participation) |

mrkels: How can one differentiate wanted from needed.
I need a high paying job, I also want a high paying job! See what I am talking about?
As for the wifey thing, I already made the mistake a long time ago, that's not ''wifing'' my university girlfriend, I mean that was the only girl that saw me for who I really was then, when I was just a young lad with virtually almost nothing. I wonder how I ll be able to correct that one. Dude you can want/need a high paying job like we all do but may not be qualified for one hence the need to be realistic with your expectations. Sometimes you need to look beyond the salary but instead pay attention to the whole package on offer to see if it matches your career aspirations. Are they offering you opportunities to learn and develop by way of investment in your career Do they have flexibility surrounding working hours? Have they got generous A/L entitlement? Do they have structured opportunity for lateral and/or upward movement? Those are the key criterion you should be using in deciding your career move |

sweettease: Why don't you tell us the one you use and its price? If a girl uses an expensive perfume and states it, she is forming, if she is bold enough to state the one she uses regardless of it's inexpensive price tag, she is cheap. Where in the thread did the op ask for the posters to be criticised, na so una take dey fail exam. You are always on perf threads, trying to pass a message across? |
