Deefirm: Won't glorify you with insult, however, we await to see the part of the report that clearly state that he gained undue financial advantage from the proceed or returns of those transaction or the transaction itself. Emefiele is not a saint, no doubt, but clearly misrepresenting facts is wrong Oga bigger Dunce. Okay, you’ve shifted goal post so we are clearly making progress!!! Circumventing policies/procedures are engineered ways to perpetuate fraud. The only person that can declare someone guilty of fraud is a competent court but the optics looks bad In any case, the fact that he unilaterally did things without permission would ordinarily result in dismissal and fraud investigation Just to get you to start thinking outside of the box, one of the reason why TSA was being championed in the past was to ensure govt funds are being deposited in FD accounts to generate revenue for select individuals and misery for the populace. This was the common practice back in them days Him being alleged to have saved ‘em funds in FD accounts means the interest is probably being diverted to select individuals. That’s the fraud triangle ish i previously talked about Another example is a scheme that people often device to get around approval/invoice limit is when they ensure whatever they are approving is always slightly below the limit. A roundsum or combination of benford anomalous test can often flag the behavior as suspicious (compliance issues) and it’s the responsibility of investigators to determine the primary beneficiaries and proceed to prosecution |

Deefirm: God bless you for the is comment, those who understand FR{Financial Reporting} knows that this report only raised issues of compliance with laid down procedure, and not fingering Godwin investing those funds in his personal name. Nairaland actually shows the level of illiteracy we have in our country, and that's the reason we're where we are as a country today. You are actually the dunce for not knowing compliance issues is intertwined with fraud. If you understand the dynamics of a fraud triangle of which opportunity is a key element, circumventing policies and procedures is often done to gain advantage of the system |

ositadima1: I'm unfamiliar with Oga Meshpips VAP. However, VWAP is a widely used indicator easily accessible on most charting platforms and software. It's a straightforward calculation that averages prices weighted by volume, typically over a day. VWAP essentially indicates the price level where most of the trading activity occurred, simply an average price. An outlier can be classed as an indicator but it's better to overlay it with other indicators to negate effect of false positives. Questions: Is the volume an absolute transaction figure (irrespective of Buy/Sell volumes) Even if you strip out the sell volumes, it's hard to ascribe the activity to insider trading in real term. (I'm not suggesting you are inferring that though) |

yMcy56: Surprised you easily fall for this cheap propaganda from NNPCL. No be today dem dey say opposite of what they do nah.
ENI already signed agreement with OANDO on this deal. * How is it possible for NNPC not to be aware or involved in this process from the onset? * While signing the agreement, is it possible for a representative of NNPC and relevant govt body not to be present?
** Pengassan was reported to be aggrieved because they were not carried along......If the deal wasn't done yet, why will Pengassan be threatening strike?
* As for Ministerial approval, how are we sure the relevant minister wasn't aware and gave his consent? And how will the approval be difficult if the President wades into the matter?
** Please note that I'm just looking at the obvious here and not supporting or opposing OANDO.
In fact, even if I wasn't interested in OANDO before, I'll buy tashere units today with amount I can afford to lose based on this.

https://newtelegraphng.com/pengassan-threatens-shutdown-over-sale-of-naoc-eni-nigeria/ The agreement was already done and dusted way before the presidential election. They obviously had to delay announcement for obvious reasons. |

debeey87: How have they utilized the offshore assets they bought from ConocoPhillips?
Anyway, we will enjoy the loot from the rally for now then we can talk about the business viability later based on what we know I meant Eni isn't exiting Nigeria in totality as their short/medium term strategy is to focus on offshore assets. The decision to sell their onshore asset has everything to do with rising cost of securing those asset |

Reason why Eni is exiting the business. I wish wale and his goon well in their new found love. ConocoPhillips deal landed them in the last wahala. They are putting their neck Into the next one They are focusing on their offshore asset |

Why did they report him?; Because of his information on Dangote Sugar which all of them benefited from. But because ordinary human like me fellow to benefit that's why they were not happy because they want all good thing to be for them.
With that they judge him that he is leaking insider information.

Did they all buy Dangote Sugar, Nascon etc.which customstreet talk about? Yes.
His only offence is that they claimed that he made it open open in to the general public. Evil spirit must have revealed this gibberish to you. Phew!!!!!!! sgtponzihater1: Picking stocks and hoping to build massive wealth over time is a big gamble and mostly a losers game. The average investor will be better off using low cost mutual funds , index funds or ETFs on their path to wealth. Unless you are a high frequency trader with direct access to financial data (eliminating data latency), your TA is only worth gold in a directionless market |

Colour scheme is awful in all 3
To be specific: Dashboard 1 & 2- 1) What's the purpose of a pie chart (Nobel price & Shares) when you are simply trying to report a contextual figure 2) The global map embedded in the country of Birth visual is redundant if it isn't interactive (Count responsive to the positioning of data click on the map) 3) Why is the chart for top 5 university outpacing the scale? 4) Sort the top 10 countries by birth or perhaps you can use a bubble chart to show proportionality of birth per total population
Dashboard 3 - 1) Use a single funnel chart to represent your top 5 counts and embed the club names in the bar 2) You can use a tool tip to display the actual goals |
