Can we replicate electoral colleges in Nigeria? So that states that have more people would not always determine the outcome of the presidential election. I thought Nigeria copied American electoral process. Why was the electoral colleges exempted from ours?

I look @ the coys financial print(last 3 quarters in view), and I see some similarities with the drive for VALUE like that of WAPCO and NEIMETH in recent times.
