dallyemmy: Can we replicate electoral colleges in Nigeria? So that states that have more people would not always determine the outcome of the presidential election. I thought Nigeria copied American electoral process. Why was the electoral colleges exempted from ours? Ours is also similar in the sense that the winner has to achieve at least 25% of votes cast in 2/3 of 36 states. So you can't just rely on 100% votes from the north to become winner The proportional representation of our representatives with respect to population is a direct comparison to the electoral college |

RabbiDoracle: That January 2020 call to sell and the March 2020 to buy was a product of the research carried out.
I shared them but received criticism/hate in both cases. I even updated the house on the likely events that could ensue (like Fed interventions, helicopter money etc) as the February 2020 crash occurs.
It is just research. Anyone like OGG, Meshpips with flair for mathematics, engineering and forecasting ability can easily understand it.
I believe crowd/investor actions(buy, sell, hold, FOMO, YOLO, FA, TA) can still be mapped out and filtered to obtain a measurable signal.
I don too read. Make I rest my brain.
NSE has no issues but the problem is that our market is too dependent on external events. You are doing a great job bro!!! Your analysis has always been backed by a mixture of fundamentals and technicals. Disclaimers and the need to do due diligence has always been emphasized by yourself so I’m surprised why some are making snide remarks No one can be right all the time as it’s always been about consistency of outcomes |

You can’t intercept an end-to-end encrypted message because it’s almost impossible to guess the hash key
It’s also extremely difficult and somewhat unlikely for private companies to grant access to their backend data (servers). This is due to privacy laws. Law enforcement officers can’t easily circumvent this law unless it has something to do with national security. Even at that, there is still the issue of misuse of data as people can be targeted indiscriminately
However, law enforcement officers can demand a dump from your icloud account and if your whatsapp messages are regularly backed up on your iCloud account, you would have unwittingly open your yansh to the popo.
Lastly, they have already provided enough information on how they cracked the case:
1) They had arrested several mules who provided evidence 2) Some of these evidences were corroborated by basic ediscovery forensic analysis done on their online footprints 3) Woodberry unknowingly chatted with the FBI for months 4) They could have bugged their apartments to listen in on their conversations 5) They were arrested with tons of hard drives that’s easy to forensically analyse. You can pretty much extract deleted info 6) Although, electronic surveillance is Technically possible but extremely difficult to be circumvented because of privacy laws |

newinventions: Nah, it's the best advice I can give to a fellow brother. Better still let him learn how to trade forex and trade all by himself.
If I have 3m that I can invest in forex trading then my generation to the 10th level will never be poor again.
If you are reading this and you don't know how to trade forex then you are missing a lot. If you want to be free financially then learn how to trade forex. Your life and the way you think will never remain the same.
You have the world at the palm of your hand if you know how to trade forex. You can lose the 3M Naira in a jiffy whereas 3M invested in a business might make her/him cash strapped but can't be lost in a jiffy. Also, the 3million invested in a business would have been used to acquire assets that can be disposed off if things turn sour BTW, what's the biggest money you've ever invested in your forex business and what's your performance to date? |

But most people usually think that if you are a data scientist, you also know every aspect of data analysis. Here you go

Maybe you think this is just a typical 10k dos guy Ignore the value of the crime and concentrate on the technique used. Nothing smart about it!!!! It’s same as you having access to someone else’s phone/bank app then proceed to make unauthorised transactions. That’s stealing by deception which isn’t smart You are considered smart if you are able to bypass firewalls and network security of banks |

Gelat0: Gbam.
It's sad we're going to be losing such a brilliant young man to the American system. Let the holy cast stones, let the wise learn.
Sad as it is, many people spitting bile and acid regarding this issue depend on this dirty money directly or indirectly to survive; they just don't know it.
I know businesses that feed whole families, pay salaries, send children to school that would have crumbled if they were not constantly patronized by "these guys" people are talking about.
As Nigerians are becoming known for cybercrimes, the South Americans are known for drugs, the Arabs known for terrorism, the Asians and italians for organized crimes, russians prostitution, drug, etc rings, indians rape, omo e plenty. There is no country where there is no crime, even the US.
I don't know why y'all are shouting. The US will just be using the opportunity to gain more control. See our government officials shouting extradition up and down, the fools, they will only be shooting themselves in the leg.
Best we can do is make things at home work first. No need crying over spilled milk. A child will surely do what he sees/thinks his father does.
Sweep your house so your children will not carry dirty feet outside. Have you considered the victims of these crimes? The company could potentially collapse if they didn’t have adequate cash reserves A collapsed company would mean private investors potentially lose all their lifetime investments The CFO could have committed suicide and losing investments usually leads to suicide in some cases So in effect, resultant effect of these crimes directly kills victims |

CeterisXVII: Do people in Nigeria earn the same wages as those in developed countries? Let us start by comparing salaries across board in Nigeria, and those foreign countries first, before mocking electricity consumers or users, in this country.
Thank you sir, for putting everything in context and telling them the truth. May the wisdom God put in your head, continue to increase! Wages has no direct relationship with cost of electricity unless the country is subsidising power generation. Cheap electricity in China has more to do with their abundance of hydropower & coal. Their energy mix is also driving the cost down despite their obvious demand pressures |
Politics › Re: Magodo Residents Now Enjoy Stable Electricity After Signing An Agreement by jaybee3(m): 7:14am On Aug 28, 2019 |
CeterisXVII: The telecoms industry should never be compared to the electricity sector. Both of them are totally different from each other.
The barriers to entry in the power sector are infinitely higher, than those in the telecoms sector. The mode of operations are different, and even the returns on investment are poles apart.
It would take the power sector about 6 times the number of years it would take the telecoms sector, to upgrade and overhaul its' infrastructure.....not to mention the prohibitive cost of doing so. I could have sworn they are under the same utility and as such conform to the same competitive pricing modulation |
Politics › Re: Magodo Residents Now Enjoy Stable Electricity After Signing An Agreement by jaybee3(m): 7:34am On Aug 26, 2019 |
ajl: There should be equal access. Access should not be based on whether you can pay higher tariff. Competitive pricing will increase access and in turn improve customer experience Think about the Telecoms model of open market |
