Coming from my own angle, I'm a current serving corp member, the school where I serve is short of teachers, imagine where corp member is expected to handle diff classes, a teacher in d same school takes up to 4 diff classes. After all the blabla services of the corp members, after one year, they are meant to somehow be jobless of which there are sure vacants which the one year had been able to qualify them for job without submitting any C.V for interviews.
